Amusing video - I couldn't resist having a read of the above referenced Hypnotism Act 1952, though I can't see any part of it that would prevent somebody hypnotising a policy enforcer to avoid arrest - it seems to only cover when the hypnotism is done for entertainment purposes or as part of a play, maybe I'm not reading it properly though.
