Re: Parking tickets clarification

I am seeking instructions on what to do next about a recent parking fine issued to myself. I will be follwing the rebuttal procedure with the neccessary letter, but i am unsure as to whether i have to wait for them to send a letter addressing my legal fiction person, or do i act straight away by sending my letter?

I ask this because im under the impression I have to respond to their notice within the requested time limit, but on the penalty charge it does not address my legal fiction person, and so as one of the requests for proof of claim is referring to their paperwork addressing the 'person' im not sure of my next move.
I would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on the situation as soon as possible, as the 2 week notice period is almost up.

Do you know how the PCN process works and how its illegal and unlawful and they have no power?
If not time to do some research!
If so what are you worrying about? What are they going to do?

@ star3t

I am aware of this unlawful action, and this is why i chose to rebute their demand with the relative letter.
I have since recieved a response to my charge rebuttal saying they find no merit in my representations and that if i wish to pursue it i must appeal to the independent adjudicator, (or pay). Could you suggest suitable action i can take in this situation.

Regards

I appreciate you cannot offer advice, and i have done my research. I am aware that they cannot do anything, and its unlawful. As im sure you know, we all have to begin somewhere, and i thought this site would be a good start to ask for help? With good intentions, i sent off a letter knowing i dont have to pay this, but due to what looks like a generic reply asking me to appeal to the independent adjuicator I am unsure of what my next move should be. Should i ignore or send the original letter to them?

Thank you for your help and suggestion. I appreciate this is an old topic and has been covered over and over, but i couldnt find the necessary thread that deals with it, as there are quite a few.
I have briefly checked that link, and it looks like it will answer my questions, so thank you for pointing me in that direction.
