I had a PCN for a bus lane infringement back in January and have sent it back using the no contract return to sender route . This was on 11/1 /12 and still no reply yet . Ive seen stuff here about speed cameras , does this also apply to traffic spy cameras ( for want of a better definition ) ??. The reason I ask is that speed cameras obviously work on a moving target if you like and can see why making them send proof of calibration etc is important in our defence . But bus/ so called prohibited lane and the like obviously just show where your positioned on the road . Anyone got any input on this ? Id appreciate some feedback I want to make sure the bastards dont try and stitch me and others up on some dodgy technicality should i have to go down the route if sending notices back instead of ignoring it .
Anyone got any late updates as to whats going on in the Tellinger case in SA regarding the mortgage fraud ????
