Please be aware the (dvla) clampers are not the dvla, it was either NCP car parks, prior to june last year, after its captiva, both private outsourced contractors,

How is that relevant?

Private company clamping private vehicles on public land using dvla equipment pretending to be dvla. They dont own the roads, so its not thier land to govern

You're totally right, it's not their land to govern. But they aren't governing it, they're contractors for the DVLA acting on the DVLA's instructions/governance.
