Employment advice please

Postby Grozwel » Mon Feb 20, 2012 6:53 pm

Hello,

My partner is currently going through, shall we say, a bad time at work. It involves bullying and bad management; there are audio recordings as proof of booth. Currently someone is being charged for a public order offense, in which the man barged into my partner and swore at her, as I said there is only audio recording of this.

So if the man pleeds not guilty, I think she will need to go to court.

How can we find proper legal advice, for free or money after trial? If it can be constructive dismissal (there are recordings of the manager and his dodgy, unofficial way of dealing with this) then we can sue? Do we need someone to represent my partner in the trial? How do we get advice?

Please provide advice, anything you know is useful.

Thanks
