Registering a birth

Postby Eyetee » Mon Feb 20, 2012 11:54 pm

Not sure if this is the correct forum, couldnt see a more suitable one

Friend's partner is expecting
Friend has spent time at her majesties courts and jails and is perhaps viewed by the law society as a nuisance
Friend is quite clear as to how the system operates, in fact gave me my first guidance.
Friend has not yet put in his claim of rights, although this is on the top of todo list

Do the lucky couple register the birth in a few weeks time and run the risk that the next time a swat team kick in his front door they may not be taking him away but his kin?
