Hi Guys & Girls,

I've been a member of this Forum for a little while now and have used some of the information I learned to challenge PCNs, BBC Licence fee etc to good end and won the arguments and they've gone away.

However, I now have a slightly different problem that I'm not sure whether it can be resolved in the same way.

I run a Ltd Company, which is now in the shit financially and the HM Revenue bastards are chasing me for money so is the bank for a Business Loan.

Being as I signed up to become Ltd Company in the first place how can I use the same avenues to get rid of these debts?

The Bank Loan was taken out on a previous business I ran, I shut it down 3 yrs ago but they say even though it was business loan I am personally liable?

Where do i go from here, use the same tactics, send back letters unopened, ask for proof of accounting etc?

don't really know about company law but the site getoutofdebtfree.org had really helpful stuff on when my wife and i were being pestered by a bank and some collection agency cowboys.what with fractional reserve banking who can say where the money that the bank lent you came from in the first place, if your in hard times why pay back money they never had to start with, but hey were all in this together just some are in it deeper than others.
