advice on solicitor

Postby owenowen » Sun Mar 04, 2012 3:44 pm

A certain solicitor I recently used to help me in a joint mortgage case, mislead me information about my case in order for me to give him the go ahead to represent me.
Then after 16 months he and the thieving barrister called me into a meeting in his office and told me that the law had changed as regards my case and instead of my ex partner having to prove she contributed a half share in the property in order to gain half, which by the way she never contributed, now I was being informed that she would automatically recieve a 50% share in the home and endowment.

Now I questioned them about this saying that I believe they knew the outcome of the case and that they had lead me on for financial gain, now they strongly denied all this.

Could anyone advise me if such a place exists outside of there little click, where I can go to seek justice. I tried the law society and they refused to hear my case, I tried the bar council and what a joke they are, and even bigger still I tried Gordon Brown, when he was prime minister, another joke. I tried a no win no fee solicitor, waste of time, he told me that there was no money to be made from my case, so he couldnt help.WHAT.Thanks in advance.

50/50 hit regardless the situation.

I know. Been there.

So yes, they are lying, but it should be of no surprise because that is what lawyers do. Lie. In fact, the very word 'lawyer' is an olde English spelling of liar.

As regards to getting any of your dough back, or justice, no fucking chance.

Not in legal land anyways. Play in legal land and you will always get burned.

It's much more of a bigger issue really (that legislation is all part of breaking the family unit up.) Often one of the two in the relationship will leave because the legislation financially benefits and can persuade them to do so. I won't say which as it should be obvious but people will knee jerk (sexist.)

There are Laws to prevent and stop this, but that is much more of a big struggle that people are up against with all the false legislation and the reason why many/most are here on this forum.

Is your name on the deeds solely? If so, sell the house to your mate for £10 give her the 5 quid then your mate gives you it back???

Or do they take the sale of the house out of your hands? But surely they cant as its your name and as the owner you choose how much to sell it for, or do they value it and regardless of how much you sell it for, you still owe her? But how can you pay if you have no house or money? 5 quid a week lol.

so very true on lawyers when i relised for 10 yrs, i ben fed a lie over a claim for cica, payment worth 200.00 grand and future los of abity to work again, then cost for medical privte care, then the effects of crime for life on top, the other woman that died by same male, thier mother, got 250.00 grand and lawyer made a mint, as i would not settle for 11.ooo and as the non win no fee lawyer would take 30% i be left very little to live on, then notice , when going though all case files, thye only used a legal fiction and folled me into belive i represent this person, luckly i found this site, and others as since i wrote to the company accountant and made compalint for missselling me a contract, that is not enfroceable by comon law, as its was signed by a miss, ,not a human being, so i taken on cica ltd, ie home office etc, also stating this fact, no contract yet, thye owe me whats due as a human being, as police statements interviews all in my human being, so i wait a bit till time right to hit these liers where it hurts, i been very careful to, ie, if with a partner in your case, half of all, , good point on sell house to a mate post,
