Not sure if you would be able to help me with this at all
I currently rent a council house (God Help me) that i am trying to get out of btw
we have had a long standing problem of plaster falling off the walls damp and a few other issues that made my partner of 8 years and and 4 children move out as the conditions was as we beleave becoming a problem for our health
However
Since she has moved out they decided that they would do the plastering and damp (Figures) I found out today that the council have stopped my sister in law quizzing her about what is going on with me and my partner (not like the ins and outs have anything todo with them anyway) and the council trying to make out the house is empty clearly it is not as i am sat in it now typing this lol
i was considering a Lien but i have a lack of knowledge of the system at this time so may not be the best option for me at least untill i understand the "Legal" and the "Law" systems better (alot better)
so wondered if you had an suggestion about reading material (online good free paper books are better {I can take them with me to read then lol})
or a better track that i would take to get a result (Moved out of council house and/or funding to get moved so i can tell them very polity where there house really belongs
