HMCS

Postby chezza » Thu Apr 26, 2012 12:02 pm

Hiya all.

I had a text from the court services today saying that I have failed to pay my fine.
This is not the case as I have been paying my fine and I have kept the receipts as well.
What the hell are they playing at?
The last thing I want is court enforcement officers knocking on my door.
I am thinking of putting a notice on my door stating 'NO CIVIL ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OR POLICE ALLOWED BEYOND THIS THRESHOLD'.
This, I believe, does not give them consent to enter my home.
What is the best way to deal with these muppetts who don't get their facts right?

I had the same thing happen to me once, the filth turned up at my door about eleven at night just as I was getting ready for bed! They said I had failed to make payment of a fine, I produced the reciepts but they insisted I go with them cause the procurator fiscal said I had to be arrested!
I spent the night in the cells and in the morning was taken to court, I was made to sit in a cell all morning until being dragged up into the courtroom. I explained the situation to the magistate prick and showed the reciepts, he had no choice but to dismiss and let me go, I was then just told to leave, 20 MILES from home, no transport and missed my work! No sorry or nothing!
I went to a solicitor to see what could be done and got the usual brush off! w*nkers the lot of them!

Hiya Whizzer.

I have told my Probation Officer who has said that when I see her next Wednesday she will help me sort it out but somehow I rekon they will STILL come a knocking at my front door, just to be p***ks!!.
The notice I mentioned IS going on my front door.
Let's see how that goes...
NO CONSENT, NO CONSENT, NO CONSENT!!!

Even with a notice they seem to think that it doesn't apply to them as they are the law and somehow think they are untouchable, they are arrogant, hateful tossers drunk on their own power.
Nobody wants these arseholes knocking at their door, but if they get a bee in their bonnet about something then all notices go unnoticed unfortunately. In their eyes everyone is guilty until proven otherwise, and don't get me started about magistrates who are fat ignorant, arrogant, egotistical twats full of their own self importance.

There is a maxim of law that pertains to this type of situation: HE WHO STATES, MUST PROVE.

Offer them conditional acceptance that if you are arrested and falsely taken to court and proved right then they will apply costs to your situation. In Whizzers case that would mean taxi fare and a missed days wages to start with. Then charge them for the time spent in un-lawful custody and ask for compensation for stress & duress caused by what can only be an administrative error!

The chances of being paid are slim but the more people do this, the more they will think about f**king with us!

A quality piece of advice, in my opinion. :)

Hi all.

Thankyou for the responses.
HMCS were under the impression that I was underpaid by £10.
I just paid a tenner and hope that's the end of it.
Like I said, I have kept all of my receipts so if they wanna f**k with me further then they can bring it on.
I got a feeling that they heard that I had changed address and they wanted to get my new address out of me.
I said to them that I had moved but that I wasn't prepared to divulge that information saying that I would only give that information out if I was in a court of law, here's how the conversation went...
Me: "I've moved to a new address" HMCS: "What is your new address?" Me: "Am I obliged to give you that information?" HMCS: "Yes you are" Me: "Under what law?" HMCS: "Under the court's law" Me: " And what law is that?" HMCS: "The law of the court" Me: "Which is?" HMCS gets hairy fairy and insists that I have to give them the info and that I am committing an offence if I don't, to which I say "I will only give my new address if I am before a court of law to which the HMCS states "But you're not there now" to which I state "EXACTLY!!". HMCS helped me out there if you ask me. PMSL.
