The dangerous dogs act

Postby JacKtheR1FFeR » Mon Apr 30, 2012 10:29 am

Hello all,
I'm kinda new to this but could do with some help, advice on the DDA.
My friends house was raided by the police and his dog was removed because of it's breed and nothing more.
The police are gunning to have it destroyed but only because of it's breed?
The dog has never bitten, snarled, growled at anyone or anything and is a playful, loving dog and has been brought up with love and affection from his owner, but now he needs some help about how or what he has to do to get his dog home so if anyone knows anything or knows someone who can help then please let me know.
Thanks in advance

Because he doesn't know of these sites like tpuc and get out of debt free etc.
I thought I would try and get some advice and pass it on to him.
The police raided his home because someone informed them that he had this dog that is on the dda list so hence the police turning up.
So just wanted to know if someone knew if he could get his dog back and if so what will he have to do?
So any help is good.
cheers.

It's a pure pit-bull but is friendly and has been brought up as a family friendly pet,my cat is more aggressive.
Thanks for helping with the info.

What is the matter with his dog now. I love dogs and any problem with the dogs makes me so worried.
