awake n aware wrote:here`s another tip maddo....if a little strange.....but i can tell you it worked for me. a guy i know is in his late 60`s and he`s been into martial arts and swordsmanship for years...i pulled some muscles in my back a few years ago....and after initial medical treatments and physio it wasnt getting any better. i happened to mention this to this guy who then told me i need to "undo" my muscle injury !!!??? this consisted of me walking backwards along the beach with him guiding me so i didnt fall or hurt myself for 30 mins at a time. i did this once a day for 4 weeks and i havent had ANY back problems since then....that was about 6 years ago now.....feck knows how that worked but it did !!?? he said because your working your supporting back muscles in reverse your also reversing any injury and working it out of the muscle.....by the way this guy studied in china for 6 years so im thinking he picked up some traditional chinese remedies....still trying to work out how it worked to this day and even my physio was amazed at how quickly after his advice i recovered.
