I knew there was a reason to continue buying Anchor butter even though it's so bloody expensive (now I know why so)
I've actually had dire cravings for spinach the last 6 months and was quite pleased to hear from the vid that it is high in K1 (even though the post is specifically for K2).
Looking forward to any more info you may have if/when you post up.
By the way do you know anything about the Vit K jab given to babies?
