Hi Dmgc01,

good video from mercola.

just to add a bit more about Vit K2 - As you know the mk7 form is derived form fermented products. The mk7 form is useful at 1st glance and clearly holds health advantages. After looking through various studies re: the different forms of k2 (there are mk4, through to 9) the form that studies found to play the biggest role was mk4 in a positive way re: bone density. naturally available through meat esp organ meat, grassfed butter. It can be produced synthetically too.
I have got a load of posts about K2 mk4 which I will post soon for better reference. overall the mk4 version is better than mk7 if you can get the required quantity!
K2 mk4 specifically is what weston price identified as “Activator X” at the time -the only year round grassfed butter is anchor butter! all the other brands come from dairy that are fed grain in the winter!

Hi there p_devlin

I knew there was a reason to continue buying Anchor butter even though it's so bloody expensive (now I know why so) I've actually had dire cravings for spinach the last 6 months and was quite pleased to hear from the vid that it is high in K1 (even though the post is specifically for K2).

Looking forward to any more info you may have if/when you post up.

By the way do you know anything about the Vit K jab given to babies?
