Returning to petitions, I should like to add this one regarding blocking Blairs attempts at becoming the EU president

Tried to sign but received the following...

I haven't previously signed this petition, so, either the website is wonky, someone has signed on my behalf, or someone doesn't want me to sign it.

At the time of posting that this morning I hadn't had time to sign it myself. I just did with no problem however despite my rant
