mps as ltd companies

just looked up my local mp (alan beith) and found his company number in fact he is 2 companies one at home and one in Westminster but what does this imply, on a local level why would he have a ltd company at his home address and would his accounts be available under foi, if so would there be anything in them to worry him in public
