A presentation on the practical use of trusts in non statutory equity, outside of bankruptcy and insolvency.The title of the technology, which is from Christain Walters from florida in usa, is 'New Trust Technology' it's simple utilising natural law in such a way that can be used for the benefit of the people.

The corpus of the study and ergo the practical application is: Creation of title, claim of title by notices of intent, followed by statements of intent. Now we have bona fide trust and we can utilise Equity, heard at the court of chancery, under a protective order, which is what takes it out of statute, because it is sensitive information.
