Hi first post on here just wondering if anyone has sent this form off to inland revenue and claimed their strawman on it

Is there a filled in example anywhere or full instructions on how to do it?

What is specifically achieved by this?

HI, Thats the form I use to allow my accountant to be my agent. I have a couple of friends who are accountants, and I'll ask them and get back to ya!
