ok first get this and install it its winrar and you will be able to unpack the archived files with it http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm scroll down and select the country of origin you wish to choose i selected english 32 bit its only a trial version but when the reminder comes up after the amount of time just click the little red and white box to close the reminded and its free
ok rapidshare click the links provided or sometimes you may need to copy and paste it into your browser bar at the top of the page where it says http:// then press enter/return it will take you to rapidshare select free user unless you have a premium account and then wait for about 40-50 seconds then a blue button will appear saying download click that and then a little box will appear on your screen saying open with winrar select ok and the download will begin there maybe 2 parts or more if this is the case then you will need to wait 15mins in between downloads as a free user.
when it has downloaded winrar will pop up and the reminder that its a trial version just close the reminder box by clicking the little red and white close tab and then select extract to select the location on your computer/external hard drive and click ok and thats it it should close winrar goto the location you chose and look into the folder.if there are more then 1 part then select the same folder to extract the 2nd/3rd/4th parts into to save confusion
