NOTICE OF REJECTION TO CONTRACT
Dear Barbara Renton
You have sent me a notice of rejection kindoff? i say kindoff because its written in small writing about 8 lines down instead of being big lettering right at the top of the page(like mine at the top here) to estlapish what this notice was at first glance(i almost chucked it in the bin straight away when i seen your companies masonic logo at the top),
You claim that you have rejected my appeal for the pcn PK******, i find this to be a unprobability as i have not appealed against the pcn in question to this day? i only returned it/ DECLINED your offer to contract,
You claim that i am liable to owe your company something? i will require bona-fide proof of
1- How i owe you anything,
2- Why it is a certain amount i owe you and where in the/if any terms and conditions that it tells me how you calculate this figure and other charges that you apply (eg late payment charge),
3- What service did you provide me with that you claim i have used,
4- Where is the reciept for the order from your companies services,
5- Did i pre-order anything of you, if i didn't pre-order of you then do you have a street traders lisence to sell your services out in the public domain,
6- At what point was full diclosure giving to me for a lawful contract to be astaplished,
7- Where is the invoice/true bill for the order of your services?
You claim that i have a RIGHT(so not a benifit or privilidge?) to appeal to the independent scottish parking appeals service, well thank you for claiming that the privilidge of asking for this companies services is a right, but it is right not a right(did man have this right before this company was built?i think not), also i very much doupt that this company is independent from your company and your parent company/side companies, however on this occasion seing how the adjudactors word is binding as you claim i think i will not be doing business with this company either as my natural rights are worth so much more than either of your companys can afford!
You claim that i should fill out this frivoulous notice of appeal that you have sent me, and you claim i should follow your procedure when filling it in as set out in the road traffic act 1991(AS AMENDED BY SOME BAWBAG WHO'S NOT THE QUEEN AND NEVER SHOWED IT TO HERE AFTER THE AMENDMENT), However i have already told you on multiple occasions now i am not bound to that article of legilisation created by a corperation(on behave of the law society)(corp coming from the word corpus/dead thing) called parliement plc/uk/uk plc/ whatever there hiding there company name under now( a sub-company of the crown corperation formally known as the east indies trading company that is most famous for its history of enslavement of humans), so once again i will now tell you i am a living breathing thing called a man(who's not a member of the law society) or if you prefer the legaleze version of things then a human being to which i am proad to call myself(YES A ANIMAL THAT WILL ATTACK YOU WITH NO CARE OF THE LAW WHEN UNDER ATTACK FROM FORIEGN AGGRESSORS), therfore i am not bound to schedule 6 of that act which you claim sets out how i should deal with this, therfore i will remind you that i am not you nor your slave and i sort things out my own way(want to do this the old fashioned way of a duel for honour in perth city centre? o no wait you cant cause a corperate AGENT who isn't real)(wouldnt this mean even a dung beetle outranks you in this real world?)
If you want to dispute this then you MUST send me bona-fide proof that
8- i am either a member of the law society to be bound to the road traffic act 1991 or a customer/employee of eithier parliement plc or perth and kinross council!
NO excuses this time bawbag if you aint got this proof for me then fuck off right now, if you send me another frivoulous notice claiming i owe you anything without THIS proof then i will hold YOU BARBARA RENTON in contept of domestic servitude/slaverly/corperate enslavment to which i will be billing you for and if needs be fight/revolt against you and your kind for my freedom and liberty!!! my fee schedule will be sent with this notice so you know just how much LIABILITY will be LEAN'n on you! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Also you claim that because the automobile bearing the insignia ****** was on your car park may i remind you your car park is on my country deteriating my natural country's looks!
Also you claim once again that my automobile is a vehicle(small goods vehicle) and yet you still have not produced any evidence of this other than sheer hear-say! so i will tell you one final time so pay attention this time and read closely, do you have bona-fide proof that
9- I commerce small goods in my automobile,
10- What are these small goods to which you claim i am trading/commercing with,
11- How much of these small items are you claiming i trade/commerce with annualy,
12- Are you claiming i was trading/commercing at the time of this incident,
13- To who am i trading/commercing with,
14- How it is you seem to think you know me, are you spying on me or stealing my personal information without my authority against my human right to privacy,
15- Are you trading my information with third partys or you are the third party yourself,
16- I have this thing you call money to give to you,
17- I use/handle this thing you call money which requires contracts with criminal banksters to create,
All in all Barbara i am severly pissed off with the quality of your services that i have seen so far namely your over the top attitude to sign new customers up to your corperations shananikins, i will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future however this doesnt stop me from going about enjoying free roalm of this world when not in commerce as is my birthright and natural right to! and i will leave my possetions(namely automobile) wherever i please withing my own reasoning(eg not in the middle of the road), this is something as set out in the common-law of this land where it states i have the right to park on the kings highways as long as i want as long as i aint blocking the roads!
You now have twenty eight(28) days to produce(make up) this evidence that i am lawfully requesting in order to settle this matter(cause it aint going be getting settled on your terms thats for sure) therefore failure to provide all the information i have requested will result in you/ your company with no lawful backing to continue and try to embezzle money from me and will show a jury of the people that you are a criminal orginisation commiting embezzelment on the unintelligient masses backed up by another criminal orginastion called the crown corperation(not to be confused with queen elizabeth who merely wears a crown on her head but she is not called the crown she's called the queen)
HAVE A VERY NICE DAY BARBARA RENTON CAUSE THE DAY THAT ALL OF YOU WILL BE LINCHED FOR YOUR CRIMES IS COMING SOON!!! ignorance of the law is no excuse!ask a nazi foot sodier this he will tell you nothing because he was shot/put in the gas chambers for his crimes!
