Have these templates actually worked for anyone???

Postby michypie » Wed Mar 24, 2010 9:05 pm

Hey All

Question! I myself have been using these templates but has anyone actually got any success stories??
Anyone actually had their debt wiped off because the creditor failed to provide you with the original agreement???

Be good to hear from anyone who has?!!!

Much luv

Yes I'm not being chased! In fact I'm not getting any reply from letters I'm sending, which is annoying me because they are still showing on my credit report!!

Thanks as always TIgs!!! BUT after 6 years is it removed? How can you ensure this?? I am interested to know, because although I appreciate what you are saying that in theory it's unenforcable so there is no debt But it's still on my report, it's still what creditors see, so it shows therefore I have got debt! It just feels like I'm not getting anywhere !!??

Much luv

If its right about the common law way being unsucessfull there's going to be a lot of people in big trouble me included, confused why the get out of debt for free website endorse this as the way to go, thought they were trying to help people not crucify them, would be interested to hear what anybody else thinks about this.

Me too... Very worried now!!!! So far I have sent a letter to the DCA asking for a copy of the original credit agreement, got a response saying they were trying to get it and heard nothing since!!! After allowing 12 days, I have now sent a letter saying they are in default and need to remove my data and the default on my credit report ect..

Was this all wrong??? Please advise!

Much luv

Well i'v gone down the common law way requesting to see the signed contract etc, and they have sent the agreements, and replys saying this relates to US law not UK law etc, would be interested to know how to distinguish between a enforceable and unenforceable agreement, and still confused and getting a bit annoyed about the other websites motives, hope i'm wrong.

Well I have followed what they recommend and have used there templates and completed the 3 letters to enforce a Tacit agreement which they say is lawfully binding, now i am new to all this and like i have said previously i hope i'm wrong but there are some educated people on these forums, and i have not come across anybody thats had closure useing this route and feel i may have jumped into this a bit quick without checking it out a bit more, maybe some definite clarification would put my mind at rest.

Well your going down a different route to me your reqesting the credit agreements, which i have read success stories as Tiger eyes has stated so you should be alright, if there not sending you the agreements maybe there trying to hide somthing you could use to prove your debt is unenforceable.

Good luck
