WORKING PCN TICKET LETTER

Hey Everyone,

I got a PCN at the turn of the year & then just recently I received a NTO, so i copied the template provided by Yiannis (Cheers Dude, Great Work!) and sent it to Leicester Council's parking enforcement team as my representation via email, Their response was that I cannot send in a representation via email firstly, which is contrary to what it says on the NTO form in black n white, so I pointed this out to them and their response was to claim that I have to complete the NTO form and send in a scanned image of the doc with my representation via email, once again I cannot find this claim to be stated on the NTO form anywhere, all I can see is you can make your representation via email so I have told them that until they send me something in black & white to back up their claim I will not send in a scanned copy of the completed NTO form, Just wondered if anyone has had this kind of response yet & Any advice would be great ?
