Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC)

Was setup by criminal for criminals after the opium wars

It's nothing more than a "money" laundering bank

A little into research in them will unearth what they are.

As to "Bank Loans" is another scam like many others.
Just need to read the banks own publications and memos etc.

Peace

Just recived this back after nearly 1 month after sending them my last letter any suggestions. In my last letter I told them my position is absolutely clear and I would not enter into any more dialogue with them. They deny entering into any charging agreement any any such fees levied by me will not be met by them. The temerity of it lol they can charge me but I cannot charge them, yet they refuse to show me any contract between us, because I know that does not exist.

that's standard isnt it. the best thing is that they sell the debt on using that piece of paper that, like jesus turning the water into wine, you magically turned into money by signing it. they'll sell that to a debt collection company for pennies on the pound and they'll be "relatively happy" and you'll have no contract with any debt colleciton agency so you'll be ok. :)

as i type this i have sky card waiting to speak to mr ...... ........ on the phone. hahaha. they've been there about 10 minutes i wonder if they have hung up yet?

well, well, well guys!!!
Hello and welcome to the ultimate test, that is banks!!!
Now you've gone and opened a can of red ants / worms!!!!!!!!!!

This is the essence of power and control the NWO/PTB have over people. slavery at its best (not!)

I'm currently involved in a nasty one with the cooperative bank (good with money, good with people, serve you right!)
They've threaten me with court, bailiffs, enforcement officers, harassing calls, threatening calls, and a multitude of letters.
my girlfriend, val maccarren (Head of Debt management), who works at the bank now hates my guts (p.s. not really my girlfriend but we have sent each other enough letters to be dating!) :D

Still involved with the bank but my recent letter after i did afv for loan and account:

NAME
ADDRESS
DATE

Sent by Recorded Post

VAL MCCAREN
CO-OPERATIVE BANK
6TH FLOOR
1 BALLOON STREET
MANCHESTER
M60 4EP

Notice of Understanding and Intent Regarding:
“Excessive Interest Charges; & the use of Fraud regarding a Career Development Loan!” for privilege Account: xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxx

I acknowledge receipt of your letters dated May 14 and 15, 2009 and your offers to contract!

On behalf of NAME, I send your letters with an ACCEPTANCE FOR VALUE to discharge the debts of £8,484.30 and £499.46 that you claim the entity owes you! Please follow the enclosed accounting instructions for closing the above account and CDL payment. Once completed, send cheques made payable to NAME, for the sums of £8,484.30 and £499.46 at the above address!
In the event that you reject this Acceptance for Value Payment and decide that this matter must be prosecuted, then I require you to state the area of Common Law under which any such prosecution will be pursued. And, might I remind you that if you choose to go to court, you will have to answer these questions that the Cooperative bank have repeatedly failed to answer. In addition, I have taped evidence of conversations with your fellow employees attesting to the fact that your bank have consistently refused to answer any of my questions. These will be presented as evidence against your bank.
Might I also remind you of article 12 of the Bill of Rights 1688: “That all Grants and Promises of Fines and Forfeitures of particular persons before Conviction are illegal and void.

And, the Magna Carta 1215, article… [39] No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights and possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgement of his equals or by the law of the land.
So any court of law that denies your right to a jury, is acting outside of its lawful duty to uphold the Common Law of this land and this should be maintained by all those swearing the Judicial Oath of Allegiance. Please note a jury is the most powerful element in any court of law for they have the power to null a case and even to go against the law if they feel the law is unjust, hence why juries are being denied in the courts; even more evidence of the power of the people!!

Oh, and please tell your drinking buddies at the Cooperative, and that includes John Bowen, “no more joyful mails” about the privilege account monthly fee increase from 8% to 9%, as I am no longer with your bank!

At present, I do not consent to contract with you.

Accounting Instructions
(For Account: 089300 04277020 27)

The enclosures, a notice of my acceptances and written payment plan therewith, are items eligible for adjusting entries in the ledger of this account (assets and pre-paid items, etc.) according to the summary of adjustments in intermediate Accounting Practices. These adjustments include: pre-paid expenses, unearned revenue, accrued liabilities, accrued assets, and estimated items that include subjective future events. These items that transfer to a suspense account are in fact, the owners’ equity (the owner in this case being me, the principal). A transfer of net purchases to cost of goods (services) sold is in-order, to reduce the balance in this account to zero for closing, post closing, and reversing entries. Reversing entries are made for pre-paid revenue when the initial items for which the original amount was entered in revenue or expenses account, all accrued items should be reversed.

1. Please close this account immediately and enter the transactions of the period
in appropriate journals.
2. Post the journals to the ledger (s).
3. Take an unadjusted trial balance (first trial balance-prior).
4. Prepare adjusting journal entries and post to the ledger(s).
5. Take a trial balance after adjusting (second trial balance-prior).
6. Prepare the financial statements from the second trial balance.
7. Prepare closing journal entries and post to the ledger(s).
8. Take a trial balance after closing (third trial balance).
9. Prepare reversing entries and post to the ledger (my option).

Please provide me with a copy of the journal ledgers and the final statement work sheets for this account, that you use to determine the unpaid or owing amount.
Very truly yours,

Wow! I'm so enjoying this thread!

Thanks arten for starting this, and further thanks to all of you have delivered high level advice so impecably well. I'm now at a point when I'll also be able to give HSBC the wave goodbye, and in turn, be better able to advise others.

Thanks but I never take credit where credit is not due it was Blastaways that started this thread and I am happy he did. It gave me a voice and I thank them for it. I am going the whole way, my situation with my bank is completely at odds with anyone else here. I will elucidate further, I was allowed to open up a Bank Account in a name that is not my legal Fiction LOL
When the Debt Colletor strolls up to the door and ask me does so and so live here, I can in all honest say NO. :)
I never signed a contract they have nothing on me and I am now going to start looking at ways I can get compensation from them.

Hi everyone I have been studying feverishly over the last couple of days to see where I go from here and I was reading Veronica's page in which she shows you how to basically stop Court Action against you. So I thought that seeing my Banks is now threatening to drag me through the courts I would compose yet another letter send it to them and cover my arse, here it is, I am open to any suggestions that improve it and will post it off in 48hrs:

I refer you back to my letter of the 1st of April 2009 in which I made a formal

Arten, the signature they need is on the back of that card. Even if cut in half, they may be able to forge it.

You could cut out and keep the signature strip, and send the rest of the card back!!

Instead of giving a signature, you could write the words "without prejudice" in a handwritten scrawl but clearly legible. They won't like it, but if you feel like playing.....

I love this stuff, especially as I'm new and being a former student have lots of debt. But, before arriving at TPUC I was lucky enough to come across Mary Croft's book and used the template from her to write to the necessary companies. One of them...Barclaycard never replied back. I've read here that by signing the letters it is a mistake, but if it goes to court I will say that that was the strawman they contracted with and not me the human being second only to God. As Guy Eudin says: “I have no name sir, names are for corporations, you may address me as Guy”.
This is so FAB!

This morning another letter drops onto my doormat from the Bank claiming I am ignoring them, when I just sent a response by recorded delivery lol. I then looked at the dates on their letters, they wrote to me on the 9th June and said they would give me 14 days to respond. Their next letter is dated 18th June, the day I responded to the last letter sent on the 9th.
So they gave me 7 days not 14 before issuing more threats LOL they must be getting desperate. :D
