Show Me The Law , someone , anyone... Please..!

Postby Star-Child » Sun May 31, 2009 2:08 pm

Now then just a quick thought that popped up whilst looking at the "state" of things with law, rights, honour & common sense of the common people etc..

What if people requested from "The correct department of the corporation" (T.B.C) for the list of "laws" that the common man is expected to know. This obviously could be tied in with (perhaps in using a Notice) a request for clarity for if the people are actually supposed to KNOW the law. If YES then it makes great sense that the Corporation should send all people certified copies of the LAW they must KNOW in order to be good lawful folk on this common land.

Included can be the maxims of "The ignorance of law is not a lawful defence" (hence reason for detail of all the laws people should LEARN) AND the Maxim that says "The law does not get a man to do that which is impossible"

NOW look at the common sense that screams at you, lol, blast I've forgotten it ! ahhh yes after a few minutes not trying to think of it it appeared here it is...

How can anyone know if they are about to breach the law if they do not know the Law ? :?:

Now all these government folk talk of creating lawful societies for everyone to share but, just how easy & clear is the law made to the common man ?

What I would be interested in seeing is the response to ;

A) what the laws actually are that people should know (The entire list )
B) An explanation if they cannot provide one (the entire list) on the 2 maxims above in relation to how on earth is the common man supposed to know the law in order for him to know NOT TO BREACH IT .

Remember Maxim (apparently, but it does make sense) The law does not get a man to do that which is impossible !

There that's it, enjoy the sunshine everyone :!: :)

Any thoughts ?
Happy Holidays !

The answer is, they don't even know themselves.

A few years ago in the US they did in fact try to figure this out and found that there were at least 60,000,000 laws on the books and that even those responsible for looking after this information, had no idea and were not able to collect the information.

Its out of control.

Ignorance of the Law is no excuse is a saying that comes from common law. Ever heard anyone say, Ignorance of statutes is no excuse? You would need your own reference library.

All those years they put us through the education system and not one mention of the laws we're all not supposed to be ignorant of.

The reason they don't teach us their laws is because when we break them, we get fined, they are making money from us, that's all. I say their laws because thats what they are, they are not for me or you. I've heard somewhere that their statutes are copyrighted and we are not allowed to use them and thats why we have to consult with a lawyer, not sure how true this is, maybe someone can clarify this

Absolutely!!

My first thought was: I don't remember being taught law in school, come to that politics. They seemed far more into the idea of pushing religion down our necks, and of course WWII - I don't remember anything in History lessons being more fervently preached than WWII - but of course why would they want us knowing law?

Parents are supposed to feel confident in leaving their children in the hands of the education system from virtually as soon as they are able to think until they day they are able to vote, yet never once are the children taught anything about what they might want to vote for or against? It's an absolute farce. They "complain" that there is a lack of interest in voting - utter nonsense. They are engineering a lack of interest by thrusting i-pods and eastenders upon children (when was the last local election in Walford?) and then pretending it's the public's fault that no one votes. It is indeed the parents responsibility to educate their children on such matters, but of course the state will have you believe with their 'curriculum' that the education system is comprehensive, rounded and contains everything a child needs to become a responsible adult.

And if you don't trust their 'education' system and want to homeschool your children it's the same-old 'authorities' who hound you and 'inspect' you to ensure you're doing a good enough job, by the same standards you disagree with in the first place! "in the child's interest" my bottom!

Oh and lest you attept to muddy the school's 'curriculum' by introducing your own topics to the child, beware the social services masquerading as 'child psychologists' who interview children at school, without the knowledge or consent of the parents. Any sign of 'inappropriate political thought' will no doubt flag up all sorts of 'psychological concerns'.

It makes me really sad. I was going to say angry, but I think I'm more sad about the way the state use our love for our children to get us to do what they want.

but one things for certain i dont know their laws i dont understand stand under or acknowledge their laws as far as im concerned they can arrest me try to fine me in a court of law but untill they turn around and ultimately say look here is this law in a language and wording you can easily interpret they can go fucking whistle!im not paying them a fucking penny sure they can lock me away for what i cant and wont understand they can drain my bank but at the same time they can KISS MY ARSE! they cant control their finances so they add more statutes to screw us over because their monetory fund hasnt gotten enough this year!its not our monetary fund its theirs they just use part of the money to do what they say and keep their part of the bargain to the public and stash the rest away!
well im just glad im getting out and away from it all keeping away from the public the police and all the rest of the bullshit that goes along with it just remember: You are not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your fucking khakis.to these people you are the all singing all dancing crap of the world! you are slaves to them no matter which way you look at it!i am still a slave also but not for long!
