Usally isnt always!

This thread was to deal with Dale Farm and for information about such. It was also for people who are interested in DF to read and comment, it wasn't for a troll like creature such as yourself to come on with your kind of posting, which in the main doesn't add to the issue in hand but tends to disrupt. That being the case and the fact you have been banned off here a few times for your attitude (why are you back?) Id like you to leave this thread and not post on it anymore. I believe as OP i have the right to request that.

Is this council collectively psychotic?

http://www.echo-news.co.uk/news/9407066 ... on=success

They made 400 people homeless in October!

"It has now said Basildon Council is the prosecuting authority, not CPS, in all 20 cases"

Well what do you know, The council is going to act as prosecuting? Im i wrong in thinking that this then makes it a civil matter rather than a criminal matter? The council are not the CPS or the police are they? Is there a precedent for this?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

The supporters who were arrested for obstructing bailiffs, even while there wasn't any bailiffs on the site, just police, have declined to accept cautions They issued a statement

“We stand by our decision to attempt to prevent the brutal forced eviction that took place. It has left Dale Farm a wasteland, with 83 families homeless and living in inhumane conditions. The cynical use of greenbelt planning laws does not change the fact that this was a racially motivated eviction by Basildon Council. We believe that the eviction was unjust and therefore our actions were justified; we cannot accept ‘guilt’ for standing side by side with the Dale Farm community.”

Respect to these brave, principled and moral people.

Heres one for the pot

http://www.echo-news.co.uk/news/9432534 ... ace_court/

" Sixteen, from across the country, were offered cautions to avoid court, but refused. Essex Police referred their cases to the Basildon Council which could summon them to court."

So the police referred them (BACK?) to the council...does this imply the police are allowing the council to decide what to do next? The council to decide who should be or not prosecuted... isn't that suposed to be the CPS remit? The police were of course paid £10,000,000 by the council to facilitate the eviction. They were employee's of the council!

And still the people do not stir Geronimo, its pushed into their faces day in day out and yet they refuse to accept the TRUTH.

Your ongoing support to the Dale Farm residents is admirable and you are one of the fewer than you know that cares enough.

Freedom of assembly suspended. Freedom of speech denied. Millions of surveillance cameras everywhere tracking everyone as they drive from place to place. Facial recognition systems and mobie phone locationing. Telephone and internet correspondence monitored automatically and an industry in spying on the people grows. Creepy new weapons for the state to use against the people invented daily, children denied their parents, parents denied their children. Euthanasia promoted on mainstream media. Abortions promoted to the poor. Human lives conceived daily in laboratories to be used for spare parts for those who have lived their lives. People turfed out their homes over what some other party wrote down on a piece of paper and the psychopaths who take payment to commit such harms. Food supplies targetted so the seeds will fall into the hands of a monopoly, to whom the people will owe their lives to, in order to just survive. Chemicals deliberately placed in the water causing brain damage, with the side effect that it apparently promotes healthy teeth and gums. No right to travel on anything other than your own two feet without permission from those who are pointing a gun.

Still the people do not stir.

If you were waiting in dread that the orwellian world might appear, you missed its arrival. It has been here for quite some time.

The action by the Travellers and the ordinary supporters of the country have bore fruit...The fear that the defiance the people on DF showed might catch on with the rest of the country, Just by saying NO and standing their ground for the world press to see, has so concerned tptb that they have allotted approx £800,000,000 to provide 800 new sites throughout the country. The word has power and the word was NO!

Well, Well, Well, said the frog! The walls come tumbling down. The police not able to get people to accept a caution for resisting their vicious attack on Dale farm, then tried to fraudulently convict them of crimes they'd hurriedly manufactured on the day. Seems even this isn't working out the way they imagined! Even Judges dont believe them!
