Why do the self employed cause themselves so much grief?
I see so many self employed people bankrupted, fined and closed down because they refuse to invest in ‘Limited’ status.

Research the benefits of limited liabilty.

Back on the thread topic......

JohnD and Eyetee, have a listen to Dean Clifford on Global FACT Radio. He is years ahead of many on the income tax con. Global FACT have recently started a weekly show where he covers it in quite a bit of detail.

You'll need to start looking at contract law and trust law to have a better idea how to challenge where HRMC are with your 'Person'. It's a minefield and not something you can stroll into without learning a hell of a lot. Personally I have to read /listen to info on law 5 times before it starts sinking in!!

Good luck
