was thinking that myself, but had me work to do..like you said, they all seem to work on the same process and its inevitable were this road gos. ive come to the conclusion that the only way to have an effect on all this is to use "duress of circumstances" as you may be aware of?"hit them in the "judicial gonads :) " There are quit a few cases where the defence have used this and won.. but most of all as you know it comes from "magna carta" im keeping a very close watch on John Hurst (and Dave).. I had a chat with John and hes going all the way to the "supreme court" http://www.nocounciltax.com/ so i intend to hit them with this as soon as poss backed up with some case files..And lots and lots of paperwork...

All the best.. Dom

Use what you have learnt Dom,

It will pay dividends... the bailiff comes no matter what, unless you phone and agree to pay the original council tax offer something per month? now the company in receipt will send notices held in state for a period to increase shock value and to extract fraudulent monies ( we have had several visits YE right) clocking up the amount agreed by statutory law.....

They will then send you a contractor notice of non response and removal of chattels( but by then you've sent your removal of rights of access and its ignored)If self employed or business use vehicles are good bate for the accomplishment of feeding their greed as even without a signed walking possession order, they levy of the vehicle on or near your home? and this is legal?? Bailiffs usually fuck up here and get greedy thinking your frightened and stick on hundreds extra and leave a notice to contact (offer) do you accept their offer?? No you let them know their out of a job as pending fraud charges are on their way!! f4cking Muppet's.....as for the companies the act innocent but they send on their behalf so their on the hook to....Kaching!!!

The plus side for these soulless people is there's nothing better than a fools greed that ruin themselves and hit rock bottom to hopefully see their self truth join the party of man!!

No matter what happen Dom its good to know theirs people here that will help the best we can.

Dave, certified bailiffs do come, never a less contesting court orders or liabilities they certified usually from the county not borough, but they are certified bailiffs (just not assigned by the adjudication court) aka titles "contractor".

truth
tf

■County Court Bailiff
Employed by the county courts, a County Court Bailiff is responsible for enforcing court orders to debt recovery owed under a county court judgment. In order to recover this money a County Court Bailiff can seize and sell a person's goods to the amount of the debt. A County Court Bailiff may also supervise the repossession of property and the return of goods under hire purchase contracts.

■Enforcement Officer
An Enforcement Officer is responsible for debt recovery owed under a High Court judgement. Working in the same way as a County Court Bailiff, an Enforcement Officer can seize and sell a person's goods to cover the amount of the debt.

■Certificated Bailiff
A Certificated Bailiff works on behalf of a number of different organisations, including local authorities, and can seize and sell a person's goods to cover the amount of the debt owed to the organisation. A Certificated Bailiff also holds a certificate exclusive to them which allows this type of bailiff to levy distress for rent, road traffic debts, council tax and non-domestic rates.

■Non-certificated Bailiff
Working on behalf of companies and organisations, a Non-certificated Bailiff has the power to recover the money owed for a variety of debts by seizing and selling a person's goods. However, Non-certificated Bailiffs cannot levy distress for rent, road traffic debts, council tax or non-domestic rates.
