So again she said is this Mr ***** of 43** ******** road, i said no this is a human not a person you many call me Michael so she was happy with that.
Then she went on to say what can i confirm my post code i said ehhh no but i have a few questions.
She was happy too answer my questions .
OK so i first started off with how did you get my number she said it was a random generation on the computer sir.
Then i started to question a bit more and she said ill get my manager to talk to you.
So this woman comes on the phone saying sir we cant help your number came up and we are sorry, i said no i want it removed from your data base now, she said on im doing that now.
Then i said also this call you are recording i want it deleted now has you rang me i did not consent to be recorded and i want a letter to confirm it has been removed, and if it is use in any way to train staff i want 200 pounds per minute per person.
So 45 mins later she agrees i was like thanks have a nice day.
And she said wait sir what do you mean i have just agreed to pay you if we use it, i then said its too late you have agreed and then she said but what proof do you have i agreed, i said i recorded you say it with your name and the company you work for hahaha.
at this point she was telling me that i was not allowed to record her i said YOU called me.
she stared to tell me she was going to ring the police and have me sued for recording a phone call i said you rang me and i stated it may be recorded lol.
so i said ring them but may i ask where will you send them and she said to your address i said what the one you just removed form your database hahahahahaha.
then she went quite and in the back ground she said to the first lady "what a f*cking cu*t" then hung up. man i wish i did record it now just for that.
hahah well was more funny at the time but enjoy guys.
