HI hows it goin. Right here we go....
it was about half 11 at night me and my girlfriend were just about to go to bed when someone started banging the crap out my door. so i open the door and theres 3 coppers there asking to come in. to which i told them no we can talk out here, they replyied that they had a warrant, i asked to see it but they didnt show it, they then asked my name i told them i didnt have to and agian asked what it was about and to see a warrant or any proof of who they were. next thing one of them tried to get a foot in the door so i put my arm across the doorway and griipped the handle. next thing there all trying to force there way in and very aggressively they got the cuffs on and told me i was being arrested for obstruction i then told them my name. they then dragged me throu my porch and into the house. id had a couple of joints earlyer so all my weed rizzla was laying about. they asked if i had anything eles. i told them there was a box of weed in the cuboard about 3 oz. so they searched the rest of the house and found a stun gun that ive had for about 10 years and just forgot about,i dont even know if it even works and then they tell me that they were only at my house because someone had bin arrested and there car was registered at my address. so ive bin put on bail till jan ive addmited having weed for personal use and having a stun gun.
they said ill prob gets cs.
but is what they did legal in anyway shape or form? i carnt believe how aggresively they can just force there way in, i tried talking to the duty solicitor about it before my interveiw but he was having none of it.

First of all, well done for the questions you asked and not allowing them to enter. I respect its very difficult dealing with the state police revenue collectors and I am sure you were anxious to see who was at the door. I know if ive had a few, thats the last thing I would be doing at 11pm but I would always open a window if you have access to seeing the front porch. At the end of the day, your versions of events will not be their version of events. Of course it is unlawful what they did and once that door is opened, unless you have a video camera and/or a removal of implied right of access then that would have been your evidence that they had to pass that without your consent anyway. Worked for me but no copper is the same and some like to take the fight to the hill so bad luck in your instance.
Im only a year into all this but I was always told not to answer the door and have an implied right of access there just incase these things happened. At the end of the day, the law is unjust as you know therefore they get away with what they want.
The only thing ive ever found has worked is, from the dean clifford videos/tutorials and not be afraid of providing your name, however, this needs to be put this manner... They will ask your name, you reply... I am the SOLE SHAREHOLDER/BENEFICIARY/DIRECTOR FOR THE LEGAL PERSON OF XXXXXX therefore I dictate policy for my legal person. They are merely now only the trustees which are below SHAREHOLDER/DIRECTORS therefore you authorise what happens for your person. This will become clearer when you watch the videos. This is the mainly the best use of what to say in court and let me tell u how shocked these idiots are when you bust that line out lol! My mate did it last week for a parking notice and they all left the court after a bit of banter.
I know whats done is done but next time, dont open the door, if you get pulled over by cops or go to court this is what works best for newbies and experienced guys ive spoken to beacuse u are from the outset dictating policy for your person and u as a full liability man have the highest authority for your person and establishing what roles the pigs are playing when they harass you or an imposter judge.
Hope this helps a bit and in no way do I mean to sound like Im talking down because I made and still sometimes do make these mistakes. Every event that passes makes u stronger, just be fortunate it fingers x'd it will only carry a CS order.

cheers for the reply ill check those vids out and ive definately learnt my lesson from opening the door,and definately going to invest in cam for the porch to help protect me from the police.
think i may just have to take this 1 on the chin.
how do i go about getting an implied right to acess?
id like to be as prepared as possible so i can show them up for what they are, should anything like this happens again.

i wish you all the best, i posted on door the removal all rights of aplied rights of amy acess, aslo i witness beating up of a youth outside one home, and since spet, police write to, whom it may concerned, i may be contacted by the defence, ie may be the lad lawyer, well i know how the police and cps work and qc and court system, thye will try to pull me aprat, i may have some fun with the courts, buy not doing what thye want but use a comon law statement, and no give conset to be questioned by the cps qc, i wait and see, as police under cover, i saw him hit himself and claim it was the lad did it all to the cop, what lies

No worries. None of us knows everything, study when you can and I think in time we will all get it! I have a removal of implied right of access outside my front door but have written it up. Have found this from tpuc member for you. Its a better updated version of the one I have but seems to work for me. Yes, some of these revenue collectors ignore it but at least you have approached it under your common law right to say who does and does not knock on your door.
So far, TV licensing have written to me saying they respect my right to remove their access therefore they said they will not bug me for another 2 years but withhold the right to use detection equipment which most people know is purely propaganda, the equpiment in the vans doesnt really work otherwise why do they need to come in and check if you are recieving signals if they can use devices to find out?!
Bailiffs have ignored it but most I have questioned and filmed try bluffing you into why it does not apply to them! I assure you it applies to anyone you want it to!!
Always pissed off when I read stories like yours but hopefully we learn and are better prepared next time

get in touch with the army and tell them that you are being persicuted on your own land by the goverments policy enforcers
any you wish for the protection of the queens forces as a loyal subject you need protecting from the tratious goverment

First well done for what you tried to do. Its difficult when violence is used and you are outnumbered.
My opinion would be :
1) remind them of their oath and they would be subject to claim from you for infringment of you rights.
2) sign on the gate or farthest entrance to your property ( No trespass - private
3) after entering without said warrant I presume you meant a search warrant ? anything they found should be deemed inadmissable. and should be struck out
4) name and numbers of the officers ( goons ) from the sound of it and file a claim againstt each one
Finally install a webcam with security light ( so you get a decent picture ) you can get ones with an sd card for instant record. some will upload automatically to a server.... then you could put it on you tube later.. on many ocassions these are invaluable even after the fact because there have been instances where harrisment takes place later after a claim is processed or has been successful.
You could also send a letter of warning to the suprintendent of the local cop division putting him on notice for further harrisment.
ref the stunn gun ... check out uk legislation in regard to having one in your home ( not carried outside ) it may be quite ok for protection at home in the UK. thats my 2 cents worth
