SCHOOL HOLIDAY AUTHORISATION

SCHOOL HOLIDAY AUTHORISATION

Postby ramini » Sat Jan 29, 2011 1:11 am

What a joke, my daughter is in year 7 at senior school, the first year. we have booked to go away in march for 6 days for a family holiday not just immediate family the whole lot.... well the holiday is in term time as only dates we could get as my second eldest daughter will be heavily pregnant in march and was the cut off dates for a family holiday before her due date etc... So i filled in a school holiday form last week to give plenty of notice.

I got the reply back today SHOCKED is an understatement......the school has declined authorisation because my daughters attendance has only been 91.4 per cent. And they cannot authorise anyone who is below 92 per cent regardless of cirsumstances... The time she has had off school was because of flu before christmas and yet this is counted on her attendance. The letter warned me that they are sending a copy to the education welfare and that if i take her out of school it is unauthorised and so the welfare may fine me of 50 pound and if not paid within 28 days it will be 100 pound per parent. And if it is still unpaid then they take you to court.....what threats and warnings............ I cannot believe how our schools have changed from people friendly to robots... I have written to the head of the school to see if they will reconsider as i feel its unfair her attendance is marked down because of illness, yet when the school closes because of snow we do not get any credits.... one rule for them one for us.... will let you know what reply i get back. As the heads secretary asked me to write in so they can review it at the next meeting. Just seems penalising for ill health yet where does health n safety come in to it of cross infection?...

Anyone els had any issues as this.... I am so glad this is my last child to go thro the school as the threats are a way of school life with no room for individual needs.

Love to you and all dee-ramini(X)

lol if ya sign ya children into there worhouse schools they you need to obide by there rules
you have infact signed you birth child over to them so they can train them for there tax enslavement program
and the only way around it is if you reclaim your child (there asset)by de registering them and home enlighten them to the way of the world

i have to take issue with hurn here regarding the remark 'lol' as its no laughing matter that parents here are being ordered to cough up fines with regard what they do in the interests of their own flesh and blood, simpjy because the state has enough violent capability to impose its will against the will of those who genuinely do have the childs interests at heart. Hurn is quite right to suggest that the solution is for parents to keep their children safe from the system by perhaps an alternative path of home education so rather than lolling at the unjust predicament of the op, it would be far more worthwhile to tell us how we go about protecting our children from the goverment - should god or nature (and not the government!) provide us with the right and duty to have and protect them.

Ps there are many people i just wouldnt waste my time taking issue with so anyone who thinks i want to knock hurns kudos ought to ask why i have never criticized them!

yea taken onboard maybe the lol is definately not needed and i apologise for it
my point being if peops dont like the system thay they have entered there children into then do something about it ie take there children out of it as you cannot beat it as there are too many peops who rely on it as a babysitting program whilst they have to go to work to pay into the system and keep there trinkets up to date
you see the way i see it if you vote for the thiefs they you agree to abide by there rules and regulations without complaint as you enter into a contract by voting ..i dont vote so i can disagree with there rules so i avoid it as much as possible sometimes you cant as we live within there society (as a freehuman i can live where i want) i use there system to my advantage ..paying reduced poll tax etc etc i will not pay tv licences ,parking fines ,fill in there silly spy forms (cencus) and never register on there voting system and always send corporate letters back with a no contract sticker on ..what can i say if you are unhappy about there controll of your child then remove them from it ..i just cant get me head around how they think they can impose the shit on peops ..just remember its against there law not to educate your child but its not against the law not to send your child to school and if you home educate you do not need to tell them what you intend to teach your child as they have nothing to do with your child when you de- register him/her..my daughter is now 16 and full of confidence and cheeky and will hold a good argument/disscussion with anyone she intends to open her own beauty parlour but that will prob change and think of something else ....
take the plunge and do something out of the system its scary but worth it in the long run and it doesnt cost loads of money infact its cheaper as you dont need to buy a uniform ..have fun with your children when they are young this is the time you need to spend with them as this is what makes them ready for the rest of there lives.
remember they educate/train the working class to do what they want you to do
they educate middle class to controll the working class
they model and ready the rich and elite spawns to rule the assets who inturn make them loads of wealth

I agree with you, i have 4 kids my youngest in year 7. They all know my morals and manners and views on school. I have a voice and always speak up when its needed to protect my childrens individuality and own voice of self expression. My youngest has chosen to work around the said system and thankfully sees past the illusion past the veil and has chosen to stay in school for the social side of it. As long as she keeps hold of her and her own mind then i respect her wishes, as school aint the b all and end all, its putting yourself out there and not giving up. As i feel our own personal boat is our characters....

will let you know of the reply i get........... sounds beneficial home schooling which shows nurturing teaches us about ourselves...

much love to you and all dee-ramini(x)

Ramini.

The easiest way is to write to the Local Education Authority (LEA) and let them know of your intentions to home tutor your child/ren. You do not have to let the school know but it is curteous to do so.
You do not have to state reasons for your intention of home schooling just that you intend to do so.

This I know because I have done so with my children just a few years back.

Of course, if you wish after your holidays to re-instate your child/ren into school you can also do so just by informing the LEA and the school. However, be warned that they may well refuse to accept your child/ren back in to school.

;)

Hi update............today I recieved a letter from the school to say after reviewing my case they are willing to authorise her holiday of the 6 days ............ as her attendance is close to the 92 per cent needed.............so worth asking for a review etc...

What are our children robots that have to conform to stats...........

Much love to you and all dee-ramini(X) ps thank you for your replies and support much appreciated
