Most people who dont take the drugs lead normal lives and generally live longer because they improve there diet/lifestyle. I believe it is a sign of a cellular problem but it is no virus, how can it be when it has never been found in the blood of an AIDS patient but only in lab conditions?

There is a group in Australia who argue that the "virus" has never been isolated or proven to exist and they are not alone in this regard, thousands of scientists argue that HIV/AIDS is nothing but junk science. It is like the climate change issue in every way, the pro AIDS camp start of with a model which is flawed and then make the data fit with the theory. Anyone who argues against this is persecuted and funding is cut off. The fact is HIV has never been isolated so how can they invent a test that has no reference point to begin with? HIV is only said to exist to when compared to the HIV test itself, which has never been agreed upon to actually test for the virus anyway, so it's a complete circular feed back loop, with no basis in reality. There is no gold standard pure HIV stored and collected ANYWHERE! If there was why the fuck do the HIV tests carry a disclaimer which says, this test does not test for HIV?

The Ombudsman would have a duty to investigate your complaint and this will bring it to the public's attention. It will also lead to recommendations and compensation.

There are a number of detailed scientific papers published in the highly respected journal, Science, in 1983 (and further detailed papers in other journals since then) that describe the isolation of the virus from the lymph tissue of patients with AIDS. There are photos of the virus in the literature from the first time the scientists managed to grow the virus in the laboratory. Much of the ground-breaking work was done by scientists in France (Luc Montagnier and Francoise Barre-Sinoussi )and USA during the 1980s- some of whom (the former) were awarded the Nobel prize in Medicine in recognition of their contribution.

The tests to diagnose infection are highly sensitive and specific antibody tests which are performed and repeated if reactive and also confirmed by another test of similar technology - the lab testing process is exceptionally rigorous and the tests are highly sensitive and specific. The antibody test is called an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) - the Western Blot is also used - this too is an antibody test. There are now 4th generation tests which also detect the presence of the virus itself - looking for one of the viral proteins.

There have been huge developments and improvements in treatment and care since the 1990s alongside the past 25-30 years of HIV research and surveillance. I have some questions relating to HIV /AIDS .

1) Please can you show me the proof that HIV exists ?

2) How was HIV isolated ?

3) Where and when HIV was isolated ?

4) Where is the paper and photographs that proves HIV was isolated ?

5) Proof that HIV causes AIDS ?

6) And also , please could you tell me wether co factors are needed to make a positive HIV diagnosis along with the test kits provided to your laboratories which do the testing ?.

Furthermore , i would like to know what the names of these test kits are , how they are used and are there specific tests for each of the test kits.

Also , is there any link between consultant physician and virologist in making a decision on the best treatment for a patient using anti-retrovirals and if so what does this entail and how is this monitored and what after care is there should a patient cease to take medication ?

I will check out that link and spread the word, espescially the words of your victory as winning the truth of you existing longer than you thought outways any monetary compensation.
But on the monetary compensation side i might be able to point you in the right direction.
When i was a rebellious young blackman at war with my local council and housing assoc i got dirty when they did.
they got me raided when i was at work so i setup a personal injury company and made them fix up the estate another way.
