I care for all humanity and I could cry for the state we are in and the injustices we go through. Believe me stoge I have had to deal with some very messy injustices in my life or I would be insane if I hadnt. I just downloaded your file an am now going to listen to it.

This case of a child is really quite typical of the poor and mixed standards in courts. A woman has only to cry child abuse and the whole abuse machine goes into effect, except it doesnt really do much and does even less for the alleged abuser.

It seems that they are all so afraid of the pedo boogey man that doesnt exist except in the mind of the woman who makes the allegations and she does not have to prove anything. Now despite the fact that proper medical examinations can prove wether or not a child has been raped is of no consequence in courts because they are more inclined to fear the possibility it could happen.

This is what happens when the cases of children who have been abused for a long time come to light it puts into context the real possibility that it could happen but probably isnt and therefore just to make sure it cant they make these orders for no contact to ensure it wont. You are dealing with human emotions not actual law, the law is absent, only the process is real and they will rely on their emotions rather than the context of fairness which in the most part runs rather high.

In my case it was me that made allegations regarding the abuse of me and my sister (1970) by my fathers girlfriend who was a vicious twisted bitch and actually tried to kill me on two occasions, obviously unsuccesful. I was called a liar, a twisted little bastard (actual words of a policy man) I became the victim again.

Rita Baker was a very accomplished liar and faked her fainting fits marvellously and pretend near nervous breakdowns. She was very good at pretending to be the victim in fact she was the abuser and I ended up having to have a full psychiatric evaluation which obviously came to nothing. She carried on abusing the children as there were three other (her own).

Despite the fact she was the abuser, she was treated as a victim and I became "her" abuser, strange because I was very oung at the time. They are afraid of fear itself and live in their own prisons.

You are somebody who I don't know apart from reading your posts.
All I asked for was if anyone had researched case history used in tort for compensation against Unlawful imprisonment. You won't note it, but none was forthcomming.

I am being very careful to reverse engineer the mechanisims used by the corrupt authorities to abuse our laws and rights and actually do something about it by exposing their processes and bring them to book for it.

The main injustice is that they gag the victim and hide all of the abuses that they perform on their victim.
Their main remit is to make false statements and try to paint the victim black .... like you ... because you self appointed yourself as team leader and tried to take over and organise something you know nothing about and started attacking people who were actually helping me with what I was trying to collate.

I know how to deal with the authorities doing this to people. The main weapon they have is secrecy and authoratite pseudo credibility .... I am an engineer, I have been using dictaphones in my work for over 20 years so that when I take something to bits, I remember how it went back together.

I am pretty big on recorded evidence, however, that's another trick they use by saying that there are rules about using it in court. I don't give a tinker's for courts .... they are as they appear, a statge to put on a show to put a face on injustice.

Here is a brillian feature on this site that I have just discovered and intend to develop. The difference being that I am developing it to enable other people to counter injustice by exposing what and how the authorities to do abuse victims and cover it all up. I am trying to leave something behind that will help people.
