Joys Of Council Tax

Hello

I have disputed council tax because i was on job seekers allowance at the time so i am sure i was entitled to some kind of help at least .

After reading the rules it appears i may of been so i appealed for a reduction the council are a complete waste of time .

They issued a summons so i went .

Got the first date adjourned until 23rd march 2011

In the meantime i reported the council for alledged fraud and cover up's to the police , the police told me it's a civil dispute .

After many notice's the council are still saying one thing and doing another.

And after today's date the enclosed pictures is what the outcome was .

And the invoice i gave the council prosecution another one today infront of witnesses

I can understand what your saying and yes maybe i should'nt have contracted with them but i thought why not any way it's done now in my view to be honest yes it's wrong and i wish anyone the best of luck as we are all learning one way or another
