BIG MIKE and ME. POLICE BRUTALITY & unlawful arrests, Devon

Postby State-Property » Sat Jun 18, 2011 12:13 pm

I have now been arrested FOUR TIMES, Charged with OBSTRUCTING POLICE, unlawfully KIDNAPPED and locked in a cell for three days, 'maced' in the eyes and mouth, denied my prescription medication and toilet facilities and food.... By DEVON AND CORNWALL CONSTABULARY. Why? I was an innocent passenger in a car who objected to being maced....... FUCKING NAZIS HAVE IT COMING....

it was on Wednesday. I (and 'Iron' Mike - if you know him) only got 'out' yesterday afternoon. Brutality like you've never imagined. Mike is now BLINDED and has severe damage to his hand from cutting into by handcuffs. EVERY BIT WAS NOT ONLY UNLAWFUL it was also illegal. We did and have done, NOTHING WHATSOEVER. But... because we would not give details (name/address) to the KIDNAPPERS in police uniforms, they PUNISHED us. Repeatedly.

They told me (and I quote) "You're in police custody now. You have NO rights"! And it was true. Boy, did they demonstrate that........ You have no idea. The criminal complaint(s) will have to be written on wallpaper!!

Whilst they were BEATING and BLINDING my dear friend, they PHYSICALLY DRAGGED ME AWAY when I said I needed to be a WITNESS for him. Then they REFUSED to show me ANY ID. They REFUSED to accept three formal, written, criminal complaints from me. They said "when you're in police custody you have NO RIGHTS". The fact that they had NO RIGHT to 'put' me in police custody seemed irrelevant to them.

Force wins over law. Every time. Try stopping them and you will see how true that is... :(

I've been saying this for ages and it appears to be true. Despite nice little philosophies to the contrary, in practice and in reality, THERE IS NO LAW THERE IS ONLY FORCE.

Ive been saying this time & time again... Nothing will stop them until they start dying in their beds on a daily basis.. It will not stop because they are sociopathic serial killers.. They think of us as nothing but vermin to be exterminated as soon as possible. Peace & love is all well and good. But the reality is it will only get us beat to death.

Hence the 2nd amendment in the USA constitution! The right to bear arms to to protect the citizens from the POLICE STATE not each other!.

Sorry to hear your troubles :)

Our only way to win is to literally shout it from the roof top of every house and spread as much info as possible. In the hope that enough people come to their senses and say NO MORE! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

I filmed it on my camcoder in the car. Car is impounded - camcorder and all. I wonder if that footage will still be there if/when I get it back...!?
