thanks to everyone out there who found the time to comment on this thread i am very gratefull my computers been knackered or i would have been on before my case maybe didn't go quite as planned to but i did have some fun along the way im not afraid of standing up to a judge anymore just need to work on my wording thanks everyone and see you in stirling john

What happened with your case NC? - Haz started another thread after you were arrested, asking for help, then it all went mysteriously quiet... Maybe I should check that thread for updates..?

I'm still here i've just had a time out for a while I have had pc problems and everything going against me but I'm still fighting them I havent payed the fine they gave me as they didn't listen to me so why should I listen to them. I plan on proving I was in court on the 9th and that everything else after that was done in vexation. I went to see John in stirling last night and he refilled me with fight he gave me his email address and told me to let him know how I got on this injustice will end!, on the bright side he fined me 300 but gave me back 700 although we are both awaiting payment! they took me into court and I had to wait until last as freemen always have to (just for wanting to be free!) they used 4 security guards to force me in the dock asked me 3 times if I was the person I said I was the agent for him and after the 3rd time I showed them my birth certificate that I had been passed by someone while I was being took into court and asked "if I place the defendant here would it help the court know who they were addressing today?" That didn't seem to go down too well which I thought was good then after some mumbling around the court he threatend me with contempt so i asked him "civil or criminal?" he said it didn't matter so I told him that civil needed a contract and that criminal would need an injured party he went to say something then stopped i stomped the judge! then i asked if he had an oath of office and he said that wasn't an an apropriate question and gave the nod to take me away as I was getting dragged away I shouted "you can't practise law from the bench" I was then subjected to intimidation attempts by the security guards they took my birth certificate of me because the police woman from the court come in raging that I had been given it then they took me back in and asked me again and I said I was the agent but they just kept on and talked over the top of me as if I was a ghost ship in their dock it was creepy and I had ran out of words and just wanted out of there even when he fined me I didnt consent to being the person and I signed everything with under duress through my name. thanks again I do have a plan just need to get a move on before they come get me for non payment of fine!
