How much do there letters to you cost? I would be willing to pen that letter for sure. or maybe highlight this and do what the bankers do, get a load of them together roll em up and file that bundle of wastage and fire that fucker back at them.

Because this can be reflected on how careless they are with money, just to get
£90 they will waste '£76000'. which relates to Ian Puddick's case of wasting over 1 million
pounds from tax payers money over a affair it proves that they aren't using the money
for services but to have depths of cash to keep us quiet and prosecute us.

They already have the bills amounting to £76000+ . They were variously posted to them and handed to them,face to face. I have not been paid yet,because the matter is not concluded. Plus,to get this money,I'm going to have to issue a 'civil claim' against the court/judiciary and maybe the police too !

Oh I'm well aware that the 'money' that they're using is nothing more than 'monopoly money'......In my case,that's really a secondary issue ! What I want to get out there in the open,is the 'real truth'......something which they seem remarkably reluctant to address !! That speaks volumes to me...... But whatever,I'll stop when they stop !! Here's another way to handle yourself in court.

This way avoids conflict and allows you as the Administrator/Beneficiary of the legal person to represent him in court.

Arrive in court and sit down, The Mag's arrive someone says "everyone stand" Do not stand up !!!!.

Someone calls the name of the legal person or asks you for your name say "I'm here for that matter " (thanks Dean Clifford)

Court - Who are you? "

You - "I am the administrator and beneficiary for (legal person's name)"

They ignore you and keep calling the name of the legal person.

Court - "As the legal person is not here today we will proceed in his absence".

You "As the Council/Crown/Police etc (pick one which ever applies) is not here they have conceded there is no case to answer.

Court " I can see the Council/Crown/Police have a representative in court.

You "(legal person) has a representative in court it's me! (thanks Roger Hayes) I am the Administrator and Beneficiary for (legal person)!
I am here to take names and kick backsides. You ! Public trustee/trustee's (addressing mag/mags) what is/are your name/names".

Flip open note book with pencil at the ready and aim best 1000 yard stare in their direction.

Now I ask you who is in charge of the court at this moment ????? You or them?????.

All their presumptions' have been shot down in flames and in the trust law triangle, (thanks Dean Clifford)
you are now the Administrator and Beneficiary and everyone else in the court is a Public trustee.

You - "Case dismissed your honour/s. There is no case to answer. The prosecuting council has not proven their claim against my client (legal fiction)".I move for this case to be dismissed".

Chances are they will see they are on a hiding to nothing and throw you out of court as soon as you state that you are the Administrator and Beneficiary for your own name the legal fiction.

They know where that path leads to i.e. double naught,Square root of f* all, goose eggs, nada for them.

It's much better in my opinion to sort all this out before it gets to court. For it to get to court there has to be controversy/conflict/argument/difference of opinion/dispute. Call it whatever you like.

It puts you in dishonour and when they put it before the Judge/Magistrate to adjudicate it's because you failed to get agreement of the two parties concerned, and the Judge/Magistrate is going to find you in dishonour, for ignoring their bills, threats of imprisonment etc.

The letters they send to you are just a fishing trip to get you to bite and hopefully get you into dishonour/dispute .

You need to face down your aggressors by letter, long before court, by saying I accept your demands but with my own conditions attached. (thanks Robert Menard)
Make your conditions too difficult for them to achieve e.g show me the law, show me a bill, prove you have a case.

Remember the onus is on them to prove you owe them money. Have you received a proper bill with a wet signature ?

Can they produce a "bill of exchange"? (find out what that is)

When the letters stop you now have tacit agreement. If they cannot prove a claim against you they cannot proceed with a court summons or send the bailiff.

Result, there is no conflict and you stay in honour.

Update: .....

Well.....This has turned out as I expected !

Now ,I know that the courts and judiciary are corrupt,liars,thieves and bullies !

Went to court again on the 17th of april,ready for another fight with the judge..... I goes in and promptly passed the judge my latest Bill.....now for over £83k and a letter quoting the 1689 Bill of Rights Section 2 article 12 (To para phrase...No one may be 'fined' or their possessions taken or imprisoned,without the prior order of a judge.). Lot of good it did....she just proceeded to ignore everything ! We got into why they hadn't been able to claim anything via benefits etc.....and then she asked if I had anything that I could sell or auction,to pay the 'fine'. (This effectively relates to the 'chattels' part of their theiving rules / statutes.) . No,I said,nothing that's worth anything at auction. Then she asked if I could offer 'anything'...anything at all ?? ..... No,I said,I can't. Then she asked if I intended to pay......to which I replied that my answer was as I had stated the whole way through this case !! (I had previously told her that I would never pay their unlawful 'fine'.) .
So,I could see that all the little 'cogs' were twirling around in her head.....she just couldn't compute that I was still refusing to pay.......By this stage,most people will crumble and pay up. She looked at me as though to say 'Why won't you pay....what the fuck do I have to do,to make you comply ? She just couldn't believe that I was still telling her 'NO!'.....
So,she finally did what I knew she would do eventually......'' Well,I'll have to send you to prison for 7 days.'' ....So,before the jailers came up to get me,I informed her that she /her masters were now 'on the clock' at £5000 per hour,for the duration.......and I also informed her that it was now going to get very expensive,very quickly,for them !! They have now racked up a further 3 days @ £120000 per day ! on top of the £83k that I'd already billed them for !
So......if you all either hadn't noticed or didn't care......I have been in Armley jail since tuesday morning ! . I couldn't get the word out,as the phones were fucked up in there.

But,I haven't finished with them yet !! ..... I'm now looking at how to sue the fuck out of them for wrongful imprisonment and more importantly,not even following their own rules and regs ! So......How much do you think that it's cost them now,to try to squeeze a paltry £90 out of me !??......

Am I angry ??......you bet I am !! .....and even more determined to beat them !!

I hate these thieving bastards with a passion, so please don't take this the wrong way.

It sounds like you went to court as Mr Legal Fiction, and went to prison as the 'trustee' (in Dean Clifford's trust law triangle). you allowed Mrs Judge to be the administrator of the case.

I think you are allowing your anger and stubborn determination (while perfectly good traits) to stop you seeing the wood for the trees.

We need to be fighting smarter and not harder, you allowed them to get joinder, what you should have done was remained anonymous.

You should have informed her you were representing Mr Legal Fiction, and you were his administrator and beneficiary, then when things went pear shaped she cant throw you in the clink.

If they have no name and date of birth and therefor no contract, should they then try to lock you up, you just maintain your right to silence, and sign any paperwork under protest and duress. which makes it invalid.

The only things you need to say then is charge me or release me parrot fashion (repeatedly). they cant charge you without a name or a date of birth and will soon tire of the game.

We know they are corrupt, we know they lie and cheat, we know they change the rules whenever it suits them, and we know they like to have their cake and eat it.

But their rules can still be used against them to good effect.

E Type.......I've tried all that..... They simply behave as though you've said absolutely nothing ! They just ignore you when you get too close. They don't even follow their own rules,in a bid to beat you !! Needless to say,I am now looking into forcing them to pay attention and pay for their indiscretions (sp?)...... They have only succeeded in making me more determined......
