Hello hello...

Sorry for disappearing off the face of the planet folks...I really appreciate the support and comments, and for Starbuck25 for tracking me down and giving me a poke about this...

It has been a lot of fun, and there has been a LOT of to-ing and fro-ing with the council...I've got a mountain of pages to upload if you all want to see, but I wanted to lay the groundwork before I put it all online....

theres a reason I haven't updated and it's because I stumbled across a 'new' freeman tool, but it's a slightly different approach, and I found myself practising with the council (and since with a whole host of other companies). I didnt want to publish until I had some progress and results, and, well, we do have that (theres a few of us here in the Northwest that have been using it).

I'll be saying a lot more about it, but meanwhile, to make it easier, I've done you all a little video! It's no speilberg, nope...just me 'n the webcam, but it covers the basics of this tool and I'd appreciate it if you all gave it a look...

I call it 'The Master Claim' or 'Return of the Masters' and its about understanding title and entitlement and much, much more...I, and the others who have been using it, believe it to be a lynchpin freeman tool because it deals with the first few hurdles we all face in court eg disassociation from the legal person...anyway, before I end up typing the whole thing....heres the clip!

Note: I dont know how to stream on this site, so I've just uploaded it to mine, so you'll have to wait for it to load in your browser....its only 35meg so unless you are on dialup, it will only take a few minutes to load...if you ARE on dialup, then click the link and go make dinner! :) It's 29 mins long, but hey, there was a lot of ground to cover and I dont do editing, so bear with me! it is worth it!

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/wp-content/fs/masterclaimfortpuc.mp4

I will upload the paperwork in the next wee while, but otherwise, I'll be on the panel at the Freeman Discussion Forum at the Sunrise Celebration festival this year, so if you are there - give me a poke! :)

Once again, sorry for the delay....and hope all is well with you all!

Hi Darren
I found that video fascinating. Thank you very much.

I just wondered one thing, you mention that the first time people are referred to as Mr. is on national insurance, which may well be true in this day and age, but I wonder how this term (along with Mrs, Miss and Master) originated as I am sure they have been around longer than national insurance.
Also if Mr relates to Mistery (business) what title would people have who were not involved in business? I did a little research and it seems Mr was originally a formal title of respect that would be given to anyone of equal or higher footing in social standing - so I am assuming this means those in business whilst peasants would just be referred to by name.... but I am not sure on this.
Also does this tie in with Magna Carta etc where Lords and Earls and royalty are separated from the Mr's and Mrs's of the population (its funny when I wrote that Mr becomes Mrs just like how you decribe!)

Thanks again, some good stuff on that vid!

Hi Sikosis,

thanks for the positive comments....I had just had a coffee and decided 'you know what, it's easier if I just do a wee vid' so I'm glad it wasn't just a torrent :) Not my best presentation of it by any stretch, but im not very camera-friendly :)

Yes, I did mean only in this day and age in respect of us getting the 'Mister' title. Historically, based on what you've said, it still fits because that 'higher-standing' would only be achievable through work/business or otherwise through higher family titles eg earl, baron, so you may well be right.

Master is also the legal term for a Captain of a Vessel, which is very relevant, as well as all its other meanings....But otherwise, I don't know where these terms emerged, but I don't think we can trust recorded history, because where in history does it track the emergence of the Collar, Cuffs and Tie as workwear? Someone advised me once (since Ive been doing the 'collar, cuffs and a tie' = slavewear talk for a long time) it followed Cravats, but it doesnt fit as a natural development. Those symbols, when you see them in different context, cannot be anything other than symbols of enslavement - just because they are fabric, it doesnt change the symbology....and if we are SO blind to that that none of us clocked it, then what else have we been so blind to? I think this development of title from the old to the current is in the same vein...it just seems to have appeared and there doesnt seem to be an untainted record of its emergence.

It certainly validates the old line of 'its a mans world' because the titles speak for themselves....and they havent been updated, so it seems to be something thats emerged between industrial revolution and the womens lib movement, since during womens lib, they werent going out for the right to true TITLE, they wanted ENTITLEMENT, but didnt know what TITLE to claim, so they stuck with 'Mrs' and 'Miss', even though they are title-less titles....if that makes sense.

I also don't know how it fits with the magna carta...I'm not as well read on it. All I know is that the plain simple words themselves and the ease with which everyone understands them helps get over a number of hurdles everyone is experiencing ie easy disassociation from the legal person, entering the arena with a position of authority etc etc The rest is pure experimental. We've been having a blast with it, and have been adding features such as the seal, and we've even started referring 'accounts for collection' to each other as Public Masters and sending recovery letters to councils and companies on behalf of each other since thats EXACTLY what they do to us.

Its all about the IMPRESSION of authority...As you'll see below in my second or third notice, I refer to their ASSUMED authority - both the assumption of having authority, and then the assumption of it by actually taking it, so a two-fold meaning (me and my words... :) ) This method does a great job of creating the impression of authority, espeaially when backed up with official looking things like seals, good language and clear points...

other than that, this is entirely new territory. I run events on self-development, language disassembly and mental healing, thats whats got me into all of this in the first place - its all about the language and it floated my boat for personal fun, but this is like my tuppence contribution to the Freeman movement - its not from anyone else, nor anywhere else, so you guys are the first to hear about it other than the 20 or so people we've been chatting to about it over the last
6 months of 'practice.'

I believe it to be a very powerful tool, and our experiments show it has that potential, but I'm still saving up the money to take some of them to court to follow up on a lot of this - i've got probably £15k in unpaid, undisputed bills and reminders outstanding for various councils and companies and I cant give guaranteed evidence of effectiveness until then. Other, of course, than having both the council and the court record and address me as Master Deojee. My friend who is very VERY good at the face-to-face stuff has also had great success with this with a wide range of companies and we use it now as a matter of course.

Its EASY to distance yourself from the legal person reclaiming your title 'Master', you can then use easy language and legal reference (ie blacks) to illustrate how you CANNOT be this 'mister thing'...and, as Blacks says, Mistery (ie a business or a trade) used to be spelled MYSTERY! hahaha! so, hey, its a mystery! quite literally!

anyway, I've scanned in what letters I could find and will do a proper update on it now....

best wishes

Darren

NOTE: I recommend you watch the video I posted on the previous page since it gives a foundation to the rest of this... :

OK – I had written a big message to go with this but the F’ING ‘B’$£%$£ing Page timed out and I lost most of it and really can’t be bothered writing it all again....cant even remember what I said in the beginning! Ha!

So Here is a Proper Update! These are not shared to be an example, or a template, or anything - its my learning curve, my probing and my thoughts/ideas throughout...they're not perfect and do get a bit emotional at times, but i dont know about you, but sometimes im feeling very empowered and upbeat about this stuff, othertimes, i waver a bit, and this is reflected in these. I'm sharing these because an update was overdue, and I really appreciate the kind words of support and interest in it...

Heres the links to the replies and I hope you can make sense of it.

I’m SO annoyed at that bloody timeout thing...

I had gotten one letter on the 5th August (which i cant find) saying ‘thanks for you’re letter, ill respond soon’, then another the very next day, from the same person, telling me the liability order had been granted in my absence (lesson learnt on my part about going to court!)

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP-Council%20Tax%20Replies_liability%20orderpage1.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP-Council%20Tax%20Replies_liability%20orderpage2.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP-Council%20Tax%20Replies_liability%20order-pay%20request%20page%202.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP-Council%20Tax%20Replies_liability%20order-pay%20request.jpg

Then a few days later, the 11th august, i got a ‘proper’ reply, from the same person

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Council%20Tax%20Replies_11%20Aug.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Council%20Tax%20Replies_11%20Aug%202.jpg

So I sent them this:

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Council%20Tax%20–%20Dishon%201.pdf

And they sent me this:

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Council%20Tax%20Replies%208%20sept.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Council%20Tax%20Replies%208%20sept%202.jpg

So I retorted with this.

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Council%20Tax%20–%20Dishon%202.pdf

Now it seems they were willing to at least try to reply properly because I got this, which was the first addressed to Master Deojee:

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Coucil%20Tax%20Reply%208-10-09_0001.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Coucil%20Tax%20Reply%208-10-09_0002.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Coucil%20Tax%20Reply%208-10-09_0003.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20Coucil%20Tax%20Reply%208-10-09_0004.jpg

Now, by this point, theres a fair amount of fencing going on, and, since I’d got the Master title from them, I decided to abandon all attempts at conformity and sent them a handwritten, undated letter :) Sorry if you can’t read my writing, if enough of you struggle, I may do a transcript, but this was amusing to write! I hope you get the humour of the second paragraph... :)

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/HP%20CT%20handwritten%20notice_0003.jpg

AAAAaaaannd....they send me this:

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/Hp%20ct%20reply%2026-11.jpg

So, I was tired of them ignoring all my clever and time consuming points! And sent this, once again, ignoring ‘accepted social form’ such as date, header, address, ‘sincerely’ etc. Yes, I’m deviating from Notices here, but as I mentioned above, this has all been part of experimenting...

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/last%20letter%20to%20council%20December%2012th.pdf

Aaaannd this came in:

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/Hp%20ct%20reply%2026-12-9_0001.jpg

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/Hp%20ct%20reply%2026-12-9_0002.jpg

And, tired of it all by now, I sent this...Also, by this time, we had been in court for someone else for council tax (this was when I got them to record me as Master Deojee in court), and we noted how the council began their entire pitch with the Notice they published in the paper in Jan/Feb, and they kept starting their speil from there...that was when we realised: Its THAT Notice that tricks you into contract – they publish a public notice outlining the council tax rates in the local rag....THATS the time you need to respond....I had done it wrong by even making one months payment, and I kinda knew I was always on a weak leg with that, which is why I kept a vehement argument in other areas, but it annoyed me how all these folks and freemen who had been ‘fighting council tax’ and all the rest...why had none published or said that it was, quite obviously in hindsight, this early Notice that gets you tacitly? So, we’ve now tried other routes – my friend is front-ending it by Noticing his council in advance that he does not submit or agree to tacit agreements of any sort and requires a human interaction for each one. Myself, I’ve not acted this year because I got distracted on something else (my other work) and in our new home we have a different arrangement, but in future, I was going to publish a public notice in the paper myself to play with this (incidentally, thats why they get the rights to dig up roads etc etc – its all Noticed in the local papers...)

SO.....since I knew I was wrestling a tough match, I went with this..
#
http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/Hp%20ct%20reply%207-1.jpg

And I did pay that portion, to be honourable, and we moved out.

The bailiffs found us within weeks...I think there may have been some other letters/notices, but I cant find them, I also billed HPBC, but cant find that, but you can find an example of one of my bills below...to the bailiffs!

I can’t find the very first bailiff letter, but I responded to that with this email, which was pretty full on – even my friend I do this with winced and said id gone a bit far, but hey, I lived in fear of debt for decades, so I’ve got a bit of therapy to get out  :D

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/NoticetoDukes.pdf

They already had me in their automated system, so trapped themselves with an automatic letter:

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/Dukes2nd.jpg

and I hit them with this:

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/Notice2ndtoDukes.pdf

And this bill...I had sent at least one of these to the council, but cant find the original....but this lets you see how ive used my seal in other ways just for fun, incidentally, I’ve always signed each invoice by hand to comply with the bills of exchange act...

http://www.alternativeanswers.net/new/freemansharing/HPBC/InvoicetoDukes.pdf

And thats it! Full update on this case! I have others, but hey, I’m done in after that! :)

So, I’m waiting for them to take me to court for the second time so I can present all of this, and counterclaim with my outstanding bills of a few thousand to HPBC and the £400 to the bailiffs who have disappeared! :)

If anyone has spare cash and fancies some fun in court, I’ve a bunch of debt collection companies and this council who i have robust paperwork for that, should the bills be enforced, should make it more than pay for itself – PM me if you want to play:)

As a final note. As I say in the film clip, we’ve discovered, probably much like yourselves, what it actually means to be up against ‘a system’ – its literally a series of flowcharts and visio diagrams. People are hiding behind their job roles to be rude and an arse and we’ve been trying to separate them from the process they operate. You may have noticed that coming in at the end of the notices. What we’ve been trying to do is get them to stop feeling protected by their employer and legal team and threaten to take THEM The Human to court because it is they who choose to be an arse, or to send thieves round (ie bailiffs) etc etc. So, thats what we’re hoping to do, because if we can get the message across that their company CANT protect them and cant stop them getting hauled into court and accused, then perhaps we can see some changes in behaviour start to spread as the story spreads.

And thats my intention at the end of the day with all of this – to change the behaviour of all the inhuman obnoxious characters we all face on a daily basis in companies and public service. I really see the careful and authentic use of the Master title as a genuine means to achieve this, but, as I said at the beginning, this is experimental.

So, as you can see, the reason I’ve not updated is because I am approaching it slightly differently, I hope, if you’ve managed to trawl through all this lot, you’ve got some sense of that.

Comments welcome, hope you are all well...
Darren
