Jail on 27th June for growing weed

I've had a case going on since August 2011, they came to my house with a warrant at 6am in August 2011,I had 15 plants in pots with couple of lights over them and a carbon filter with air out take and air intake, usual grow set up.
They had a warrant to search my house due to I was seen watching the rioting last year, I was sat on my motorbike doing nothing which was clearly seen on CCTV, they said I was Letting people know where the police was coming from as they seen me in few places that day on CCTV (just watching the riots). They traced me threw my reg on my motorbike,i got no further action on what they originally came for. But they search my house and found my 15 plants so I was arrested for cultivating cannabis,

I got bail and was in dept now for the money I borrowed interest free from a friend to set my grow up, money for lights fans ect, so I put another one on with money off him again (this was pure daft of me but the plants I was putting in was half way done so I thought I would take the chance) this way I could pay my friend back in weed as that's what he wanted then I would keep my bit and just make it last me till I done another grow., guess what happened the police came back to my house with a warrant for someone else who used to live there 3year before I lived there, they didn't tell me the name on the warrant as i didn't think to ask as it was like 5.30am and wasnt in a thinking mood (pure stupid i no) and they just ransacked my house strate away and found another 15 plants in same room I had my last ones in,I got arrestsed again for cultivating cannabis but this time I had don't this whitest on bail for the first grow.So I've give the weed a nock on the head and even stopped smoking it now, had to give my motorbike to my friend for payment for what I owed him (was Gutid with that as I'm on a moped now haha)
Mopeds a 125cc it's £16 for years tax and £146 for years insurance so I'm ok.


People on here might look at me bad for growing weed but its something I find interesting and its something I like to keep and smoke when done and not sell it on to toe rags on the street on there bmx bikes with bandannas round there neck thinking there black when there white,as that's what it is like round near me here in uk manchester.

So my barrister said I'm looking at 2 years in prison so I will do 1 year in jail from a 2year sentence, I'm saying to him how is it in the publics interest that I go jail for hurting no one or robbing or injuring anyone in any way do you see the justice in that, he said you've broke the law so I said this is like maritime law realy as they think I'm banking and there getting no money out of it that's why I'm punished is that right, he said I need to go mental home if I keep talking like this, ive knew my barrister for years and he just hasn't seen my talk like this to him, I was asking why are the court using maritime law of the water on land and he was just saying I'm going mad which I admit made me think am I going mad or his he making me think what I'm getting told or reading is a load of shit but one thing I said was why do you wear black robes clokes what ever they are and he said to me it's to fear you and the court room is like a funeral taking place, i thought wow thats a mad quote from a barrister but like Jordan maxwell says all grave stones have the names on there in capitals and all letters you get your names are in capitals, I'm new to all this law stuff but I'm studying hard on maritime law at the moment as I'm looking at how they infoce law of the sea on to land,I'm getting there slowly but surely,

Well Billy while you're inside you'll have plenty of time to improve your grammar and think about why you did what you did. You'll also have time to brush up on the Laws of the Land but most of all get your mind clear and focused ready for the fight. By smoking drugs you are altering your mind state which is playing into the governments hands and making their goal of taking our liberty away easier. I've stopped growing an smoking weed it was hard to but I cut down smoking and eventually stopped, but i was causing no one harm or robbing anyone or injuring any one by growing weed so realy I shouldn't be jailed in my eyes, but if I go jail I will study maritime law as that's what's being used on land, I will also study common law, you can go libery in jail everyday but its if they have law books or not,

As anyone on tpuc been caught growing weed?? What was outcome??

Yeah man I'm Gutid Aswell but I believe things happen for reason,and since last August and paying my friend back and stopping messing with weed I feel I have been doing better for myself, I'm just Gutid for going to jail for doing no one no harm or injuring anyone or stressing anyone out, the only people hurt by this is the goverment ad they was making uck all out of it, I've looked up why cannabis was made legal and it's nothing to do with what it CAN do to us it's all about money and what they plant can actually make,you will be amazed at what it can make,(not just a smoke haha) look it up for yourself mate,

This whole medical thing bugs me. Im not saying it doesn't have beneficial medical effects, even tobacco has medical positives its not politically correct to speak about but ill be honest, i smoke in moderation and i dont do it to medicate or even to alter my mind but just simply because its an enjoyable experience. I also get an enjoyable experience by skimming stones across water to see how many bounces i can get and frankly if a bunch of heavily armed guys declared that stone skimming was against their rules and that they were going to steal all my stones if they caught me doing it, i would avoid such a bunch of violent nutters as much as i could. Sorry to hear your in their grip but that's the kind of thing id be relating to their judge if i was being sent down anyway but i would do it in a way that causes the least anger possible.

The thing is Billy the government are trying to make us all into criminals by constantly introducing new legislation. How long before someone gets arrested for farting in public? I don't know how old you are but treat this as a learning curve and take as much positive as you can from it.

Suppose you ate a whole pot of barley and went to a council meeting with a flatulence problem, farting loudly and with some duration every time a new speaker addressed the meeting. They would expect you to leave but its a public meeting and your flatulence is a medical issue that they cant discriminate against you with. Would it be possible to get arrested for farting if you tried really really hard and the council provided those plastic seats that farts just rattle off?

I do feel for anyone who is prosecuted for growing and using cannabis because its one of the earths little miracle plants that humanity has used for hundreds of thousands of years and yes I know why it was made illegal. As you may know there are three types of cannabis each one bigger than the other and it had over 5000 uses before it was lobbied against and made illegal. Never at any time has cannabis killed anyone unless a ton of it was accidentally dropped on their head during harvest:D yet pharmaceutical drugs kill over 100,000 people a year in the USA alone. Think yourself very lucky you dont live in the US you could get life in prison for what is a completely harmless plant used sensibly.
