get the judges last 3 summing up on his weed cases,then ask why ask why he tells the jury so much bullshit about the harm it it causes and ask im for the proof in peer reviewd scintific papers,then explain to to jury he is nothing but bullshitting cunt.ask for a not guilty because there is no proof it causes harm and sentencing is based on him getting his over inflated,gold plated pension on carrying out government orders[due to the all political partys getting huge bribes,sorrry poltical donations from the alchol,tabaco,pharmacutialc industries] if he does not the governments will ,well they will be fucked off from being a judge.

Now, as far as i can assertain. If your barrister is saying you are looking at 2 years, thats 2 fucking years he/she aint looking at so whats the point of keeping that arsehole talking for you? Is that sentence getting any higher?
1) you can, as your barrister will be sayign pretty soon, grovel on hands and knees begging the judge for any privileges it will throw to you like a dog --- this is generally the way things are handled
or
2) sack the barrister and when you get into court [is it jury?]

They are twisting common law to suit themselves, i.e the value of cannabis is in order to CLAIM loss, as legaleagle says Regina is the CLAIMANT but thats nonsense cause Regina aint flesh and blood.
Remember cannabis is illegal not unlawful. They want you to enter into contract with them so legalities become ennacted. They cant charge you with anything unless you have broke Common Law or give them the power to ennact their crazy laws.
