police penalty notice

please please any help im quite new to this about 5months now ..

I have a driving job and cant have over 6points
I all ready have 3

I got stopped today buy the police for no insurance

I throughti had another month but it ran out 5days ago

The police OFFICE did not care it was just a few days out and I would loss my job and would not even get there with out a car ,,, he did not care one little bit

So they just fined my for everthing

He told me to sign all the paper work I asked what law says I have to , he said none so I said I don’t need to sign then , he said yes you don’t have to so I have not signed the penalty .. So dose this help my matter plus the officer was on his own in the under cover car …. So no one wittiness the penalty

The police have taken the car from me as well

My question is please free people

What is my best attack to rid my self of this penalty
Use common law
Pay the fine’s and loss my car and job
Or ask the judge for pity as I may loss my job

Please can you guide me on what is best for little old me
