If you have a complaint against your solicitor for maladministration go to

http://www.legalcomplaints.org.uk/home.page

If you want to appeal get one in within 28 days.

If your complaint is about the CPS go

http://www.cps.gov.uk/publications/communications/complaints.html

Dont even bother complaining against police the IPCC wont give a shit and will say the police did nothing wrong.

If there is CCTV evidence get a copy and get it posted.

Dont give up and never let the bastards grind you down.

Let me get this right You were charged with being Drunk and Disorderly in Birmingham and you have been to Crown Court.
That tells me you have previous, what it does not tell me is whether you were Drunk and Disorderly. Being drunk is not a problem unless you are so inebriated that you become a danger to yourself or others.
The problem with drink is it makes people incoherent and most times aggressive so the old bill have no option but to take them in. If you were guilty as charged be a man and hold your hands up. If you believe in your heart you were not guilty then fight the charges using the Freeman route.
