If you have no previous I am a loss to understand why such a petty case would end up in the Crown Court. Crown Courts are for serious criminal cases not social misdemeanour's did you punch the cop and break his jaw or something. That is the only way I could envisage you ending up in CC. The idea is for them to fleece you, not spend thousands of pounds on a CC and then give you a £60 fine.
Either you are not telling us the full story or this is bullshit and I have seen some of it on this site.

JB there was nothing inflammatory about it, it is based on my observation of what I have seen on this site. Anyway since when did you become board policeman?

Im not a board policeman.

Accusing someone of witholding information or accusing them of spreading "bulls##t" is not a positive approach and could be seen as inflamatory.

Rude and sarcastic remarks are not what is expected on this site.

Please feel free to use that type of post on FMOTL but it is unacceptable on TPUC

Pointing out that you have an inflated ego is neither rude nor sarcastic it is a statement of fact.

Indeed, I have found these comments to be most unpleasant Mr. Buster, I admire your restraint and respect for board etiquette it is such a shame that more do not emulate your fine example.
