STOPPED by POLICE

STOPPED by POLICE

I got off the bus with my Lidl shopping bag proceeded in a easterly direction at the corner,
whereupon a Police Car [similar to the vehicle pictured on tupc Home page], pulled up alongside me.

A Policeman lept out of the passenger door while shouting, "Mr. ScotA".
I looked blankly at him and said nothing.
He said, "Were you in Dingwall Council Office?"
I looked blankly at him.
"What were you doing?"
I looked blankly at him.
Meanwhile the police driver was leaning on the top of the car with an insipid grin.
I knew this PC as my local bobby, a not very bright specimen, [In my humble opinion].
I looked blankly at him.
I looked at the sergeants stripes on Sergant 350. He said, "Sergeant MacKay".

"You were giving out leaflets", Sereant MacKay stated.
I opened my bag and pulled out a copy of UK Column
http://www.ukcolumn.org/

Which I handed to him. Sereant MacKay scanned the front page and handed the paper back.
I expect he may have read one of the copies of UK Column which I drop off at the local Police Office.

"Is this what you were handing out?" he enquired crisply.
I looked blankly at him.
"If you are not going to speak I am not wasting my time here", Sergeant Mackay said
before driving off.
I looked blankly after them.

~~~
Earlier I had gone into Dingwall Council Office and asked if they had information about paying Council Tax.
The charming council employee went and kindly photocopied the Council leaftet on Paying Council Tax.
They had none in the office which I thought odd as surely people would want to know this information.
I quickly read the leaflet and discovered it did not say WHY people had to pay Council Tax.
She phoned headquarters. Headquarters replied and she wrote on a piece of paper,
"Finance Act 1992"
[No mention if this was a Scottish Act.]
and told me I could find it on the Internet in the local library, free.
~~~
I went outside the Council Office and was handing out copies of
UK Column http://www.ukcolumn.org/
to various people and asking if they paid Council Tax.
Most said "Yes." and I would say "WHY".
This was a difficult question for most.... many various answers were given and I enqiured if they had read,
"Finance Act 1992" None had..........

I know that the Police know that I am "Political".

UPDATE:
I handed in [not posted] my NOUCOR to Dingwall Police Station for Sergant 350 Sergeant MacKay.
~~~
I spoke to two Highland Coooncil employees who very kindly printed out the WHOLE,
LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE ACT 1992 [ plus additional material and even provided a folder].
One of the ladies even enquired "off the record" what is Freeman Movement and I gave her some websites to look at. She was Very interested in the Freeman Concept.
My story goes back into the hoary past-the early 90 when in Sacramento, California we happy few, nationalists all, counter demonstrated a UN assembly at the State Capital.
One of our more zelous members thought to light a UN flag in protest to the marshalling of little children within their event by those UNUSA organizers of that event, which brought the us to the attention of state policemen posted at that event.
Those policemen wanted us to dispurse, but we held to our right, which started the younger members of that police force to ask pointed questions as to our identities.
However, their efforts were stimied when their questions were countered with questions of our own. We asked the officers if we were suspects in a crime, and if we were under
some sort of criminal investigation. We demanded to be charged, or left alone.
By and by, a Sargent of some years and maturity called off the welps, and assured us that
we were indeed within our right, but questioned the propriety of lighting fires on the public streets.
The Sargent was a good sport, and listened our cause with some interest.
I think the lesson here is that policemen may be unaware of the great struggle between
two minoritys.
One minority claims natural right to life, liberty and property, and the other to legislative right to detention, licence and confiscation. The poor policemen, and the teaming millions are caught in the middle.
And so it is up to we happy few to hold fast to our just claims, to suffer fools gracefully, and to shine a light on the ways and means of the tyrants who have cloaked their crimes with democratic forms.
The only problem is that it has been conclusively psychologically proven impossible to educate the brainwashed uneducated!
