Arrested under a by law

Postby Bennypriest » Sat Dec 05, 2009 2:08 am

Hey guys had a terrible incident almost immediately after arriving home in Australia, I was in a group of 12 people (all new to lawful rebellion) when we were approached by 2 officers telling us that we were commiting an offence for "possessing" open alcohol containers (none of which were in my hand) after I said I will close it I was promptly informed that wasn't good enough and then responded with the words "it is closed now, yes or no?", I was called a smart arse and then assaulted by the officer in order to be taken downtown for more questions to prove my Identity I simply told them my name was Andy (true) and nothing further needs to be proved because last i checked it was not mandatory to carry id on you at all times, this was met with the unlawful obtainment of my possessions by simple deception and aggression all I had was a bank card on me (which means nothing) and when asked if that was me i responded "no I am just holding that" then I was further surrounded by more police and forcefully lead to the nearest station to be further interrogated, First thing I said was "i retain all my rights and waive none of them" and after further denying that the id was me, they started asking me questions to which i would reply no comment or give a non specific answer and they tried to take photos that i did not allow until they finally thought that they could "identify me" they asked me to sign a "possessions form" to which i replied they are mine i dont need to sign a thing, after being pestered i said " i will sign as a 3rd party on behalf of the defendant" they replied sure so I scribbled two lines and crossed the paper and was then almost immediately presented with a PCN for "possessing an open alcohol container" to which i replied " I do not contract" which prompted the officer to push the form on me and say "now you have touched it" to which i said "you know you cant do that,am i free to go" being met with no reply i walked out, Now i am very concerned that an officer would waste our time and abuse his authority from a simple challenge of words to his ego. I wish to get this man relieved from his position and have all charges dropped against me as I have been treated unlawfully and have witnessed a fraudulent abuse of police power.
I would really appreciate any advice or steps to take in order to promptly resolve this injustice and abuse of power and am contactable on the following e-mail address(apart from the forum) popelnff@hotmail.com
Cheers for the love in Advance

Whats his shoulder number, what station etc? Keep us informed as well as filing a complain to the not so independent police complaints commission ... who incidently are busy trying to integrate the police they are supposed to be independent of and thats why they cant do anything about charles de menezes.
