with draw plead

Hi folks was just wondering can I with draw a plead and change it to a standing? ;-)

Having a standing means that the matter under dispute relates to you somehow. If they have asked you to make a plea then they already accept you have a standing. You cant take a bus driver to court because he over charged someone else because you would have no standing. Not sure about with drawing your plea back to no plea as i would think you would need some good reason for making the original false plea. . . Whilst standing in court.

Cheers mate, looking at withdrawing because my cure seems to have started with regards to NOUAROC so my standing has changed and PPS has not got back to me. Plus PPS has failed to produce witness for the 3rd time and he wants me to go with video evidence only if i agree, but he told the judge twice he had availability. Doing a payment schedule up for next apperance. Will post full details when case is sorted. :)
