European courts now allow hearsay?

Postby Doiremick » Sun Dec 18, 2011 5:29 am

I read in an article online the courts of europe are now llowing hearsay to be used as evidence after a landmark decision in the UK courts after a case was appealed in the European court of appeal.

Although it was a case that, in my opinion, the hearsay was nessicary, it opens the door to shadowy behaviour now being able to be engaged in by the courts legally...keep your eyes and ears well open in court from now on people.

A Court of hearsay, that is good news so the next time any of us ends up in court can we now say "That Judge is a criminal & a paedophile have him arrested immediately" ;)
Condemnation with out investigation is the height of ignorance
