frogmanbrabs I don't mean EVERYONE on here and there are plenty of people who believe totally different things to those on here, but still live in a dream world. I know quite a few people from all walks of life that fit this mould. And I don't have contempt for anyone (other then solicitors of course  )

enegiss to answer the points you put
"do you think because justice is seen in another land that it doesnt mean a thing?"
No I don't, I do think quoting someone from a different country to prove a point about a legal point in this country is pointless though.

"drugs are not illegal nor are they unlawful, where did you hear that "
"ask your clients do they resent being in court for what essentially is a non crime, i bet they would agree with me "
Most people who are in court feel hard done by.If I asked a rapist if he feels hard done by he would most likely say yes. However if you ask them do they appreciate the work I have done for them, a large amount of them would say yes.

"no i dont mean that at all, i said if the government didnt abuse childrens thought processess they would automatically know you are all thieves and liars who participate in unlawful procedures against them, is that clearer ?"
I love how you now know what all the children think, or would think if they where not 'brainwashed'

"and no you dont speak the truth, you speak with a forked tongue"
You are venturing your opinion. I however only speak the truth

"what he speaks in is double talk, and clouds the issues with his own paid for understanding as if it is real and not just made up non sense that jimmy wrote for him to learn and repeat "
A bit rich from the person who when asked what the law is if not legislation replied with "it is what it is"
Just to be vey clear and transparent, this information is widely available to those who are not in the legal profession and I am not telling you anything you could not (and most likely have) found out for yourself.

Dear Mr sensationalisor rape is not the same as smoking a little grass, deary me lE have you no shame

what the last part of the sentence written denotes, is the inability for those people to comprehend there own minds

I however only speak the truth
which one

A bit rich from the person who when asked what the law is if not legislation replied with "it is what it is"

I am not sure where I said that rape is the same as smoking grass (a little or a lot  )

I am amazed that not only do you know what the public all want, and what children would think if the government did not get to them, you also know what is in peoples minds when they can't comprehend it themselves

I see a pattern emerging. If people agree with you then they are right, if not then they are either deluded, brainwashed, or living in fear to say what you ant them to say

Not my opinion, I only speak the truth

No not really. I don't claim to know what people think. I only say how the legal system works and how laws are made.
As I have said before in other posts if you or anyone else want to believe that government laws aren't laws and that courts can override them as much as they want, then thats fine. I just won't be agreeing with you as it is not how the legal system works.

And think if you read my post again I never implied that rape is the same as smoking weed. If I did then I am sorry as it was not my intention. My intention was to highlight that almost every person who is in court for any alleged crime and I would guess everyone who is going to plead not guilty resent being there. The number of people who have committed a crime who say "oh I agree that this is something that should be criminalised and I think they should throw the book at me" is most likely the same as the number of priests who have said to their parishioners "this god stuff is just a load of shit really, but is pays the bills"

Not my rules, the rules of the society. :)

And yes I get paid to think so others don't have to

I also get paid to wade through all the case law to find the one previous case that could help my client.

Oh and to present the question the witnesses for the defence who are honest decent folk, while cross examining the prosecutions witnesses who are of course evil liars.

Unless I'm prosecuting of course, in which case I am paid question the prosecutions witnesses who are honest decent folk, while cross examining the defences witnesses who are of course evil liars

Even if I quit my job, sold my house, bought a tent and lived a nomad existence in the scottish highlands, never meeting another human being I would never be a freeman. I gave my soul to my wife and she will never let me go
