All correct. But as I say in my opinion she is a figure head. It is all tradition, in the same way that she invites who ever got the most vote to form her government. It is (in my opinion) just tradition. She has zero input in the creation of laws, other then her technical rubber stamp. In that respect she has even less say then the house of lords, and that is saying something!!

I second the good luck wishes. I hope it all goes well.

Well I got up this morning ready for the fight, got ready was about to leave and I looked at the paperwork and the bloody hearing was yesterday!

Doh!

I guess I will just have to wait for whatever paperwork comes along next. I strongly suspect that they just convicted a person who does not exist, on the grounds that he wasn't present at their hearing.

I doubt this is over yet somehow.

Oops :? sorry to hear you missed your day in court. You can always hope the prosecutor forgot his case files :D As you say it is likely they will find you guilty in your absence. There is a slim chance they will just re-schedule though, so I would work out some excuse for not going just in case.

Don't worry they will have found you guilty in your absence and you will receive a letter tomorrow with the charges, ie £500 for no insurance £80 costs and £15 Victim support. Then you send a conditional offer of acceptance like I said before. Next you will get a letter off DVLA asking for you to send your licence in the envelope provided within 28 days to have the 6 points endorsed on it. Make sure you send the conditional offer by recorded delivery.

@froggy

Ok, your right, both those letters are now here.

I'm off to the Middle East next month, so I don't have a lot of time to spend on this.

Also they loaded up £620 of "costs" which is curious because they added about the same last time which as I've noted previously was quite a different type of case to this one.

Please put up an example of the responses you suggest so everyone following this thread can see exactly what you mean.

------

This is only battle number one of several. I have a feeling right now that I will only be able to conduct them at 3 year intervals in order to make sure I don't tot up 12 points within 3 years at any point.

I concur with what Roger Hayes has been saying recently about the fact that they are now aware of and acting to shore up their defences against, FREEMAN ON THE LAND and other freeman / rebellion type arguments.

Therefore when I begin the second campaign, I will make sure that I don't give them so much information at the outset and thus allow them to pull the sort of manoeuvre they did this time. Also I need to work on being more verbally assertive, I'm far to soft and easy going. They lie and cheat, I know this for sure through my own investigations, I need to be more sure of the truth and able to call them out when they depart from it!

If someone else wants to run campaign number 2 sooner than I can, using the information I've gathered and reported then go right ahead, I have a few more suggestions that might help in court which I thought about after the fact. Be warned the campaign is likely to cost 1 x car + Fine + 6 points if it fails.

Having said that the worst than can happen is hardly as bad as being chewed up by a machine gun nest on the beaches!

Well my first response was to send a Notice of Discharge of Outstanding Fixed Penalty Charge and Request for Clarification to the Star Chamber oops sorry I mean Mag Court a template of which I got from http://templates.fmotl.com/RebuttalTemplate.php. There is a 7 day time limit for a response and after that 7 day limit has been reached if NO reply has been received then the next step is
to send a Notice of Non Response and Permanent Irrevocable Lawful Estoppel by Acquiescence.
In Care of.pdf

After this step I never heard any more from them. The first time was August 2011 and the second time I sent the letter for a different case was May this year and still not heard off them. There are some on here who will say that it doesn't prove anything but it seems to have done the trick for me. Tell me why have they not come after me for the £140 for a speeding offence last year? I'm sure the CPS are a bit more lively on their feet when money's involved.

Oh and ALWAYS send them RECORDED DELIVERY so that you have proof of delivery. You know that we're not dealing with honest types here.

Well I'm In the middle east now... I'd love to see how they think they are going to be enforcing anything on me at this distance!

As for recorded delivery, I didn't use it, instead I sent copies of the correspondence to North Wales Police, to South Wales Police along with a further correspondence. And just for good measure, and in line with historical precedent set by a certain ancient ancestor of mine, I also sent copies of all of the above to Clarence House.

At the pleadings the prosecutor revealed that he had copies of the two letters sent to North Wales Police. Those being the ones containing the fee schedule. I silently noted that he appeared to be completely oblivious to the other letters which have been sent out and the responses received back from both South Wales Police (Sgt Patrick Joyce) and Clarence House (Mrs Claudia Holloway).

I have no officially moved out of the address where I was resident for the first part of this battle. I have every intention of remaining here for the time being but failing that if circumstances require I return to the UK then I will be setting up in a new location which I will refuse to divulge.

If my understanding is correct, (and I've spent a lot of time looking into all this) then North Wales Police currently owe Sentebale at least £2000 and possibly a lot more if they keep on trying to deny it and drag me through more of their games.

It's not over yet... I'll just have to see how things develop over the coming months.
