This is my first post on this site. I was spurred on to post on this thread after reading it. I came to this site directly from watching Dean Cliffords youtube posts and just wanted to offer my deep respect for the course of action you have decided to embark upon. I hope that after I have fulfilled current obligations, I will have courage enough to follow in your footsteps. Keep up the sterling work.

Thanks, I just want to say going down this road is not for the faint hearted, I've lost many nights sleep thinking about all this stuff and going round in circles in my mind thinking about what is coming up at the hearings, what will be said, how it will go, what I will say etc etc.

Not fun... but if no one challenges the system as it stands they are just going to keep on putting the screws on motorists (and everyone else) forever.

I've read somewhere (sorry I can't find a citation right this moment) that each year something like 10 million tickets / summonses are issued to motorists in the UK, which means that since there are only 31 Million cars on our roads every driver has a 1 in 3 chance of being tagged for something each and every year.

They are conducting a secret war on motoring and taking us for millions of pounds in the name of road safety, but while the number of issued tickets / summonses has increased dramatically in recent years, road safety has actually declined during the same period, presumably because the more they try and use the coercive monopoly of state violence on us the more people rebel at it, even if they have no idea there is a rebellion going on. This is because their actions are bringing the law itself into disrepute, people know even if only on a sub concious level that motoring law is no longer (or perhaps never really was) about safety, but about revenue collection and as a result they feel less respect and duty towards it, and simply obey because they don't want to get into trouble.

My own car was perfectly road worthy, my eyes, my hands, my reflexes, all perfectly fit to the task of safely piloting my car... therefore my crime was merely failing to pay off the mobsters who rule over us to gain their permission to use my own property as I see fit. And as I have mentioned above, even their own rules state that the journey I was taking is perfectly legal if I could only prove it.

FUCK THEM.

Under normal circumstances, if their rule was just and fair, I would have nothing to say about it, however we are a very long way from normal circumstances, the petition made by the barons in 2001 made it clear that we have a duty to withhold our allegiance and obedience in entirely from the system until such a time as the rule of law has been restored and the criminals and traitors who hold themselves as our masters have been defeated and removed from power.

Going one at a time as we are is a slow and painful process and people like Richard Harrison and I are paying the price to blaze this trail, but as we proceed in breaking the ice and reporting back our findings, we make way for others to come after us. Someone had to go first on the beaches of Normandy, who in their right mind would say heck I'll do it... only a fool or people like us who have had enough of it and are ready to take the pain to help others stand up and fight back. There are no Nazi machine gun bunkers in our path, if we don't take a stand we are betraying everything the millions of servicemen gave their lives for this century just gone, and we are cowards who don't deserve to be free.

My trial is on the 6th of August at 10:00am at Llandudno Magistrates Court, any support would be greatly appreciated.

best of luck matey. I wish I could get there to support you but it's a massive trek without a car from NW england. I'll take a look at the trains as there's one near by the court you're at. Hope you get a few turning up though.

Cant make it either but good luck. You should maybe post a new topic regarding court as a lot of people aren't following this thread and the court proceedings will be of wider interest.

I'd rather there wasn't a big scene tbh... I'm currently planning to try and sneak one of those spy pen things in so I can record the proceedings and upload it for all to see.

I've got a pair of these which give a good quality video and audio and I've smuggled them into a court room before with no problem.

My mate lives in Colwyn Bay and so I'm hopin I can get up and stay at his place then come along to give some support.

Ah Colwyn Bay... my dealer lives there ^.^

Infact, after I'm done at the court I'll probably drive over there and pay him a little visit... be rude not to really, especially if they have just banned me from driving... rofl.

Puff puff pass mother-f***er.

You mean if they ban you from driving you're going to take notice of them? Just change your name to shrapnel and get another licence.
