Be quick and return it within 3 days and ask for proof that you gave your consent for them to charge you. Proof they have any jurisdiction over you whatsoever, as to force you to do business with their privately owned company. Bung it through their letterbox if you have too.

Let them know your all caps trade name(STRAW MAN) is common law copyrighted and there is a large fee for its use you will let them off this once as they had no way of knowing.

A fee of a million bucks will be charged next time they use it with out your permission.

Download and read Cracking The Code 3rd Edition here.

Or even better ask em 130 pounds of what? Sand? Apples, Bananas, Pears? Steaming Dung? Fiat currency has no value. We are off the gold standard money is just an I O U that stands for all time.

They really don't like that one. It proves your are not stupid and that's what they're hoping you are.

Of course if they don't get their own way they may steal your bike/car and hold it hostage to extort money from you.
They may send the Bailiffs to threaten you. They may goose step you into court between two burly coppers. If they do that make sure you hear judge boy give his oath.

Don't let some smarmy clerk tell you that all Magistrates/Judges swear an oath.

We know they do!!!! When they want to. If they have their fingers crossed behind their back however, it's because they are hoping that you don't ask for it. Because unless they give it court is not in session and they can get on with the business of robbing you.

They know money is worth nothing but they want us to think it is. Or their system starts to fall apart.

And before someone says I can buy food with it. I know you can. Everything's pre-paid and you are in fact buying a receipt. That's the important bit. That's what balances the ledger and sets the account to zero.

We are all in chapter 11 bankruptcy, the people and the land are the only things that have value that's why we are all slaves.

The Governments royally fu*k*d up in the 1930s and the crooked banks foreclosed on them.

Kind regards

NCTS is not the best idea. They can say you are not in honor and honor is very important.

My way is to rebut their assumptions on a one to one basis and ask lots of questions, they would rather not answer.

Worked OK for me so far. I take every point they raise and ask for proof. and when they give me their so called proof its usually full of holes.

The point they have got no contract is a good one. Invite them to prove it, when they cant they back down.

Hope your way works as good.

Peace Bro

I am going to post my reply here because it concerns everyone who is getting so called bills from the courts.

Just writing NCRTS across and sending back is rude and is considered controversy which is what the law courts do. They adjudicate when there is controversy.

No one can be forced to do anything against their will. Forced to work for nothing. Or surrender payment to anyone or any company, demanding payment from you, with out a bill of exchange (bilateral agreement of the parties concerned).

Anything which looks like an order or demand is just an 'OFFER' to treat it as a 'Demand/Order'. The court system is just a company trading for a profit. As are the police, in fact Devon & Cornwall police are owned by IBM! Yes International Business Machines, the computer giant.

The thing to understand is they are not sending the bill to you. They are sending it to your birth certificate! Which is a trust. or Trade Name if you like. Set up to allow you to trade if you so wish, with other companies.

You are a sole trader you are the CEO/Officer of the trust, Beneficiary/Share Holder of the trust and Worker/Trustee. and you can switch hats as you want.

As I understand this, we have the flesh and blood Man, who cannot have debt of any kind and then we have the TRADE NAME who can be held liable for debt. In fact can be bankrupted to pay that debt.

By trickery they get you to play the part of the TRADE NAME/Legal Fiction and admit responsibility for it's debts.

So this Is my method of dealing with the situation when you have received a demand for money from someone you have not received a service from, or at least a service you can do without.

I say. As John DOE the Officer/CEO of the MR JOHN DOE trust I would be delighted to administrate on behalf of the trust. How ever there is the small matter of my fee, because I cannot be made to work for nothing. That would be slavery, which has been abolished.

My fee is payable up front by Cheque or Postal Order (is always higher then their demand ) and on receipt of my fee I will happily pay a bill on behalf of the MR JOHN DOE trust.

This in my opinion is honest and completely honorable. As no refusal is offered and so no controversy created, there is no reason for it to go to arbitration/court.

I am not a lawyer I do not give legal advice.

Kind regards to all

3 days I believe, but no ones aware of that these days so why worry :D

As long as you remember John Doe = you the flesh and blood man/woman. John DOE = the officer of the trust CEO.

MR JOHN DOE = the trust its self the legal fiction the trade mark/straw man, your Monopoly counter on the game of commerce.

How ever they have corrupted your name on your birth cert, its the name that appears on all your bills and legal stuff. Usually its all in capitals but not always.

Last letter I sent to The Tax Man  viewtopic.php?f=41&t=42863&start=40

As usual I'm supposed to say I am not a lawyer I do not Give legal advice. :D

kind regards
