I can't remember or find the thread I started about Lockheed Martin getting busted for being hacked, but it spawned another thread and several of us wrote to our respective MPs about it. I don't think any one got a reasonable response, but I can't be too sure, 'twas a while ago.

Anyway, I got my answer today, post dated late ... my first response from my current MP after five tries ...

Locheed Martin are an American company so are subject to the Patriot Act meaning the data is not safe as the government can demand all data from any company / corporation in America.

I wrote about this in the Census section a few weeks back.

Anyway whatever the reply just remember The Patriot Act = giving information to a foreign country = Treason under the 1689 Bill Of Rights.
